Motel 6 Cheyenne WY

We checked in. No remote. Walk to the office to request a remote (because the phone was not working) and they said their TV's are not working. So no phone. No TV. There was little dog or cat food pieces on the floor between the beds. One bed's sheet did not fit the bed so the very dirty mattress was showing. I went to pull the top sheet from the 2nd bed to cover with since I had to use the top sheet for the bed that didn't have a fitted sheet that fit and the 2nd bed's comforter had dark brown/red somethin on it. A big spot of it. Grossly dirty. There was no trash can. The toiled clogged after first use so had to walk to the office (no phone to call) to request help, where they handed me a plunger to take to the room and return to the office. They were "sorry" and I did get issued a $25 refund of the $100 I paid.

We walked into the rooms and there was mice droppings on the mattresses, on top of that there was bugs on the other bed. The rooms had an ugly smell to them. We ended up having to leave the premises because there was no way we were going to stay there!

I didn't have to sleep in my car. Clean sheets on the bed with mattress that isn't broken down. table wiped off from something sticky, pillows thicker than a wash rag, trash can and bins left outside the room, room had a slight cat like odor, lighting brighter than a candle.

Not recommended horrible all around no working lights tv half remodeled room

Apart from the male receptionist, nothing This property is extremely basic (and noisy) no fridge, no TVs apparently working in the motel ( no sign of TV remote in room ) also in an area of other motels with no local grocery stores or restaurants

Old, dirty, smelly. Door didn’t seal shut - could see daylight around the door. Weird corner shower in bathroom, water got everywhere. My mom felt like she had to clean the bathroom before she could use it. She literally scrubbed the bathroom walls. Paid $100 for the room then the next night I was able to get a room at Little America for the same price and what a difference!!

The room smelled like cat urine, the shower was not clean looking, there were no towels in our room and I overheard another guest asking for towels as well. The receptionist checking in people was top notch though. She was the only positive about this stay.

I got to the room it was small, but fine. However the refrigerator was dirty and didn't work. The microwave was smudged and needed wiped, inside and out. The comforter was stained and had cigarette burns in it. The staff was very courteous and helpful.

Above average Motel 6 experience. Room was very clean except for something crusty on the inside of the quilt which I didn't notice until after I had slept under it (ick). The lady at the front desk was very nice and housekeeping was also very nice even though we checked out at the very last minute and she was waiting. The room was quiet and had recent remodel in the bathroom. Appreciated the coffee and cold water in the lobby.

No hot water , toilet seat off , room smelled like feet . Night office lady was rude . Brown water coming from faucet

Charged us after pre paying. Doors have a lot of light coming through. Floors are make your feet black dirty.

The front desk receptionist was very welcoming and kind. She had noticed I was a fan of the same football team and made me feel so comfortable. In the middle of the night a train was so loud it shook the motel! The brakes from the train made it hard for me to sleep.

Though it showed its age the building was clean and shows efforts of improvements. ? Swimming pool could have been open.
