Motel 6 Cheyenne WY

Would never recommend anyone to stay here. Not only do you fear for your saftey from all the homeless and hoodlums in the parking lot, but the place is filthy. The sheets were nasty with what appeared to be dirty shoe prints on them. There was nothing clean about any of it. Hair that didn't belong to me in the sink. The tv didn't work. Went to front desk to find out why. He said they have not been working and there were several other people in there complaining. He did say we would get a $25 refund which we never did get. The noise level at night time was also ridiculous with horns beeping and people yelling. I will never return here again.

This hotel was great!

Room was decent for the night but be careful it is a party hotel big time I checked in at 11 pm was woke up 4 times by 3 drunk people knocking and kicking on my door asking if I had beer they could have or if im willing too go too the store and get them more so I ended up getting upset and showing them too there rooms I left at 4 am with no sleep and a 14 hour drive home I addressed the issue with front desk and didnt get the best response just be ready for no sleep and be woken up through out the night they did this too 3 other rooms that I personally seen maybe more but no sure definitely not a family hotel and not a place for rest at all

We got to our room and it was absolutely disgusting. The from office staff was nice and refunded my room but the room itself was unbelievable. Beds weren’t made, mattresses were stained, dirt all over, flys in the bathroom, someone dirty shirt in the bathroom. It was so bad it looked like the room was undergoing work done to it. Outside of our room there were two cars with busted windows. Felt extremely unsafe and very disgusting. Spend a little more for a hotel.

TV did not work, we had two rooms and my girls' room had a missing dead bolt on the door so they couldn't lock the dead bolt at night. There is AC and a small pool and the staff were nice and helpful.

First room given had not been cleaned (bed unmade, towels on the floor). Staff resolved quickly. Second room given had stains all over the bed and sheets. The hot water function in the shower didn’t work. Room phone to call front desk didn’t work. Used cell phone, the VM was full. Unclean stay. Cold shower.

2. Your advertising claimed to have free Wifi. The Wifi did not work in my $325.00 a night room. I think you can do better.

John was working at the front desk when we checked in. He was a pleasant surprise. He was so courteous, friendly, and helpful. This got our stay off to a pleasant start. For a "budget" motel, he was definitely the best desk attendant I have ever dealt with.

The staff was very kind and helpful! We had a great stay!

Room was in bad shape. Both cleanliness and maintenance. For the price paid it was not worth it. If they were $50.00 rooms that is what I would expect. Wish there was a place for pictures.

Very nice staff but the room wreaked of cigarette smoke. Overall it was dirty and kind of run down. Unfortunately it was the only room in Cheyenne under 300 for Frontier Days which is ridiculous

The place was ok but not great. We had only one chair and the TV didn't work.
