1. provide a few basic items for cooking & eating. A full kitchen is wonderful but if you don’t carry your own utensils (& unless you know you need to, you don’t), it defeats the purpose of having the kitchen appliances to begin with. Even if they were offered at a minor upcharge, that would help. 2. Be sure when you book that your dates are correct. I accidentally put in the wrong dates & the only recourse you have is to pay their penalty fee(which turns out to be what you’ve already paid) & pay an additional booking fee which is not discounted at all. As a loyal customer, I would think they could allow someone an honest mistake without penalties & additional fees. That experience has led me to considering other options when I travel to Cheyenne on future trips.

Really like the business model of this motel chain. The kitchenette is a big plus. The room was comfortable, clean and pretty quiet, except for the occasional train passing by. I was unable to obtain a room on the top floor which is my usual request, and the room we received was next to the lobby.

I liked the full size refrigerator and stove top in the rooms. It was right across the street from the train tracks.

I just had some coffee, but it was good coffee. My room was great very quiet and comfortable. Everything looked to be very clean. I would definitely stay there again.

The room was small but adequate for our needs. The location was near railroad tracks and the trains are frequent in Cheyenne and we could definitely hear a rumble as the train went by. Also we could hear people walking around on the next floor during the night. The sound proofing was not that good. The parking was good and the elevator was very much needed. Overall I would say this motel is a decent place to stay and we will probably return.
