My Place Hotel - Cheyenne, WY

The hotel was very clean and the rooms were nice. Beds were comfortable and everything felt kept up. Easy access to the highway without a lot of noise (though you are near trains but to me that’s not bad). I’d definitely stay here again. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Everything was good place was clean i would go back . Staff could be a bit more friendly maybe smile a bit more but other than that i liked it

Started out ok although the property is not kept up. The room was ok, clean.

So not sure what happened but came down to us getting to the hotel at 1 am and very tired after a 14 hour drive only to get there to hear the Expedia had overbooked and the guy at the front desk did not know how to cancel the reservation before we got there. Actually the front desk clerk said they had no clean rooms. Sis not do anything to assist us in fi di a new hotel or suggestions. Very I professional.

This was a great spot! Very clean and spacious rooms. There is a train that runs along the backside of the hotel that can be a little loud but it didn’t bother me through the night. We came with our cats and they loved it.

Superb in every way. It was a great stay.

This hotel offers nothing extra but is a good value to those wanting an inexpensive place to sleep for the night. This hotel is not convenient for food options but is near the freeway.

Very clean! Easy to get to, felt cozy, good water pressure, and the staff were so kind. They also provided good restaurant suggestions that did not disappoint. Have zero complaints. No smoke smells or weird water stains.

Drive appeal is zilch but the room was attractive, clean, spacious, comfortable. Full mini kitchen including full size fridge with freezer. Bathroom tidy. Blackout blinds perfect. Situated next to busy freight rail lines but barely heard them! Great stay.

Very nice place, easy and quick checking in and out. I was hoping to stay at another My Place hotel along our drive but we didn’t get a chance. Next time I will be definitely looking for one of your hotels to stay in.

Fill size fridge. I was told rooms were cleaned every 4 days. I checked in on Thursday and checked out on Tuesday. Not one time was room cleaned. Half rolls of toilet paper. I had to go ask for more. No plastic spoons yet you sell soup. Front desk could care less. 1 person acted like they had spoons i& another said no. People hanging around front door drinking. People above us extremely loud. Why put kids on the 2md or 3rd floors? This is my 2nd stay. I wont be back. All places around were packed, now I know why.
