Fairfield Inn & Suites Cheyenne Southwest/Downtown Area

Great location but the bed was not comfortable at all. The sheets were either not clean or made of material that my skin was allergic to, I could barely sleep. Breakfast was quite good. Always on time and well made. The cleaners did a terrible job with cleaning the rooms. The rugs are so dirty, I literally could not walk barefoot. Asked for them to clean it and they still did not vacuum it well.

Ask for a room not facing the road the train runs continuously. If your not used to the noise it will wake you up.

Easy parking. Spacious lobby, Very nice rooms. Very nivpce breakfast included. Easy drive of 2-3 minutes into downtown where there are numerous restaurants.

The hotel is very well maintained. Ckean spacious rooms and bathroom. Staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast adequate. Hot tub and pool wonderful. I would stay again.

It was clean It is 1 mile further from the arena than advertised. We know for a fact because we had to walk it.

The hotel room was clean, staff were helpful and friendly and the breakfast was really amazing! We enjoyed every minute of our stay !!

Positives was breakfast was great and breakfast attendant was great! Pool was good. Open space in lobby was great for playing games. Not sure if I would stay there again for the cost and experience we had.
