Super 8 by Wyndham Cheyenne WY

Very good

I am a dialysis patient & didn’t find out until arrival that there is no elevator. After climbing two flights of stairs, I had a lot of trouble getting the key card to work & the hallway reeked of marijuana. I ended up just getting another room at a nearby hotel because I simply could not get my suitcases upstairs. Very disappointed that the staff didn’t seem concerned at all—no offer to find me some assistance or offer a refund. Had I known there was no elevator I would not have booked the room.

Clean, convenient, easy to get to property.

The girl checked us in and was wonderful

Need an elevator to upper floors

The beds were comfortable. The room had ants, air conditioning that shut off in the middle of the night, coffee maker that didn’t work and kids that we’re allowed to run in the hallways in the room above ours.

Good location on Lincoln Highway with easy access to downtown

The place was clean except for a couple of hairs in the shower. I don’t want to see that

Staff was lovely, room was fairly clean. Primary issues were the key card reader on the back door needs repaired or replaced it malfunctions often, and the AC unit in the room I had stopped working in the middle of the night. It was a good place to stay with dogs, overall not bad just a few things to keep in mind.

Room was clean and staff was friendly. Stayed one night passing through.

Clean room comfy bed nice employees

Great stay!
