Everhome Suites Cheyenne by Choice Hotels

Room was just fine. The outdoor area needs more seating and something to block the sun! Also put the fan blades into the fans!

Only complaint I have is that the building should be better sound proofed. The room above us was very noisey all night. Could hear everything. Had trouble sleeping.

Great overnight stay on our road trip.

Disappointing stay - there are no ice machines, they expect you to use the ice maker in the freezer in the room. It was turned off and after turning it on we got 20 ice cubes overnight. Didn't help cool drinks the night we checked in. Also it was surprisingly noisy for being in a less busy part of the city. Would have liked a little more from staff when we expressed our concerns. It was too late to fix the issues, but they could have offered a partial refund. Unlikely to give this brand another chance.

Beautiful hotel, modern look. Arrived to a room that had not been cleaned and was gross. Assistant manager E. made it right the next morning. Would stay again.

we let the front dest know and they moved us t another room. This one was cleaner. we tried turning the shower on and the fixture was broke. We brought this up to the front desk and they didnt have any other rooms with two queen beds and had no other options. They stated they had no other options as well as no rembursment. Ultimatly I booked a room at the hotel next door. I travel to Cheyenne for work monthly and will never stay here again nor will I recomend this to anyone I know.

Cons: Hotel is next to Union Pacific Railyard. Hotel is not insulated, so you hear trains all day and all night.

Everything was very nice except it was the only hotel on a 45 day trip that didn’t have soap or conditioner in the room.

Outside doors several didn’t lock, completely not secure. Front desk person took 20min to show up to check us in. No soap in bathroom, called front desk she said they ran out, use shampoo.

The hotel was very nice. They had very comfortable beds. It was also in a reasonable distance to several restaurants.

I had never stayed at an Everhome property, and I was not disappointed - great room, comfortable bed, good shower, everything I needed, and a very friendly, attentive staff. Would definitely stay again.

I wish you offered fresh coffee in lobby with creamer.
