Clean room

Great location.

Easy access and parking. Good breakfast, eating places near by.

We arrived late and were just needing a place to sleep. Check-in was a long process, hotel is dated, squishy spot in the floor of our room, trim and walls in bathroom were very dirty. Rooms smelled weird. Beds were decent.

The choices are limited near downtown. Not bad if that's what you need. The breakfast is very limited but enough to get you going. The rooms are ok. Easy to get to from the highway. Lots of parking and I felt safe.

I had specifically booked a room with 2 queen beds well in advance knowing it'd be on the 4th of July weekend. When i arrived to check in they said they had no such rooms and had booked me in a room with a pull out couch. When we got into the room I found either mud or blood stained on the bedcovers and hairs in the bathroom. I went down to the front desk and asked again if they had really put me in this room when I had went out of my way to get a room with 2 beds. They said again they had none and quickly gave me a refund and sent me on my way somewhere else.

Cons: no sound proofing. We kept hearing the staircase door slam shut every time someone came through.

Breakfast need to be improved a lot

Room was quite small.

Had a clean room, but no microwave. An inconvenience because the only microwave was by the front desk. Also had poor water pressure.

Location was good, stuff was helpful, but refused to give a receipt at check out due to booking through third- party. Breakfast was not very good, no verity.

Owner and employees parked in the front over hang which then customers could not use it. Building looked decent but needs some touch ups. Front desk clerk was very nice and helpful, bedroom at first seemed okay but the bed sheets stunk so bad. Desk clerk brought us new bedding and even offered to change the sheets but since it seemed like she was all by herself in the evening we did it as she was rushing. Breakfast was decent. Overall it wasn’t a pleasant stay just from the nasty bed and dog hair in room.

Great for 1 night stay with my dog.

We checked in and were given a first floor room that the window wouldn’t lock. The room was musty and dirty. We were transferred to another room but the A/C unit had dirt in it and would rattle and blow out if we turned the fan on. We shouldn’t have stayed when we pulled in and multiple buildings surrounding the hotel were boarded up. We were unsure if the safety of our car. We did end up leaving and not staying at the property.

Room was clean and staff were nice.

The next day I went to dry my hair and the hair dryer didn't work. This was not an ideal stay.

Not the cleanest. Just not the best. Don't think I would stay in another Microtel.

Nice location. Very friendly staff. My only issue was some yappy dogs that woke me up too early in an adjacent room and the pillows and sheets could be more hotel quality.

Great breakfast and just had a real easy stay with this hotel. No problems with checking in or all the needed expectations of a hotel,
