Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Cheyenne

A good spot for a 1 night stay in historic Cheyenne.

Limited electrical plugs. Refrigerator was not plugged in and running so had to wait for it to cool. Room was clean. Staff was really nice and helpful

Surprised by how quite it was 👍 the breakfast hit the spot before getting back on the road

Bed was comfortable. Floor in room was cheaply done & very slick laminate flooring. Hallway/room door was loud & could see everything under door from inside room at night. Check in was simple. Had to get my room key updated twice during my stay as I was locked out of my room twice by the end of the day. Would stay here again.

Nice hotel for a good price

We got into our first room, and went to take a shower and there was no hot water. We called the front desk while talking to the front desk agent. He put me on hold and the next thing I know he's knocking on our door. He came in turned the water on. It was not hot. He then said he would be back, but based on prayer experience I decided to go down to the front desk. There was a lady there and I let her know what was going on, that we needed a different room. The guy was nowhere to be found. She went to a different room. Made sure the hot water was working and then gave me a key to that room. We moved to that room. Then at about 11:30 at night somebody opened our door. They failed to correct it in the system and subsequently gave the same room that we are now staying in to another couple. I then called the front desk and the lady at the front desk hung up on me. Worst experience I've ever had.

Clean room but THIN walls. I could hear the people in the next room talking and they weren’t obnoxiously loud.

The breakfast provided was not very good.

The location was convenient. The parking lot, lobby and main areas were clean and well maintained. The room was very clean and well kept. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. I would stay there again. My only complaints were there were no lamps or soft lights in the room. I wanted to read before bed but the option was overhead light or no light. There was also no iron. I traveled to town for a funeral, so it would have been very nice to refresh my clothes. Some of the rooms did not have a fridge or mirrors other than the bathroom. Other than that, it was well priced, clean, and staff was friendly.

The best part of the room, in my opinion, was NO CARPET! 💕 I find carpets horribly filthy in most hotels and was surprised to see vinyl flooring. The bathroom didn’t have a working vent fan and the water pressure was mediocre. The morning breakfast was more than we expected for a continental offering, so that was really nice. Overall, the common areas were clean and it was a good stay

The walls are paper thin and we could hear the guests next door all night long. I also had booked a queen room and ended up with a double. Other than that it's a very nice place to stay.

Our room was clean. The pillows though are absolutely horrible!! The shower in the room was not working properly and it made it very difficult to shower. The staff for the most part were friendly when you saw them.

It was ok but showing some ware and tear.

Our stay for 1 day was very enjoyable. Breakfast was very good. It was quiet and a wonderful stay.

We will certainly stay at these motels time n again.
