Smelled bad and no internet or tv

There was not a security chain or peep hole on the door, and the bathroom window latch was broken. Security was my biggest concern, as it is located in a sketchy neighborhood.

It was filthy

Close to hospital They didn’t answer the office door. I got there at 11pm and there was no one there. I had to look for another room.

The charge was ridiculous for the quality, 3 night $---! I will never patronize Cheyenne Frontier Days again! No Veteran discount! Sad!!!

It was quiet. Friendly personnel We couldn’t get the complimentary coffee and there weren’t enough towels

I like staying at older motels that were part of the old style motel lodges and not like the huge modern styles. The price was very competitive towards the other motels in the area. The room was clean and comfortable. There was nothing that did not meet my needs. I slept well and the room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable.

The air conditioner works It's not a place to stay in family.

Towels were worn. Bathtub faucet had to be played with to work correctly but it did work.

The motel was in reasonable distance to downtown and we had a car space outside our door. Also we were able to get plenty of ice for our esky. The office smelt so terrible stale cigarette smoke, not a good start. The area outside our room was so dirty cigarette butts ash etc, luckily we found a broom and swept it up. There was an outdoor seating area but couldn’t be used as overgrown with weeds and the wooden table was so old and dirty. I checked under the beds when we were leaving to make sure we’d left nothing and I don’t think they had been cleaned under for a long time. The air conditioner was so loud and very old hard to actually sleep. The photos on the booking site are very deceiving, we had a room with 2 beds, 3 adults, and it certainly did not look like any of those photos. Very disappointing when you are booking from afar and have to trust this site has up to date photos!!! I use Booking.com a lot both here and overseas but am going to be very cautious from now on.

Thr front desk employee was very kind. Can't find 3 beds for this price elsewhere. Our room was infested with moths. We killed 18 before we realized they were coming in through the window air unit. The employees must have known about the problem because there were plastic bags shoved into the corners of the vent outside. We had to cover the whole unit with a towel and sleep without AC. The floors were incredibly dirty, and there were even blood smears between the toilet and tub. I also believe my sons have bed bug bites and this is the only place they could have gotten them. We have 5 young kids so really needed the extra bed but it honestly was not worth it. Lesson learned--pay double for a hotel.

The room was extremely dirty. Everything was sticky. One of the beds smelled, the towels looked used. There were even sticky stars on the wall like in a child's room. If the room would've been clean it wouldn't have been so bad considering the price. Dirty!!!

Nothing

We had two rooms there was mold in the bathrooms, around the tub and shower curtain. One bathroom was a little better than the other, but both had mold. In one of the rooms there was an empty beer can and a can of beans under the beds.

central location The room was awful. Chunks of cement were off the wall around the door. I felt I really over paid. But if I knew what it looked like in the room, I wouldn’t have paid for it at all. I would have chosen some place else.

The uniqeness

Am older property but it has been fairly well maintained. Some remodeling has occurred. It is cleaner than most of its vintage.
