Little America Cheyenne is an absolutely gorgeous resort. Everything is impeccably maintained and clean. At check in, the front desk attendant was very helpful and enthusiastic about letting us know all that the resort had to offer, directions to our room, and was very knowledgeable about the area in general. We felt very warmly welcomed here. The only thing I thought would have been helpful is if there could be an elevator installed in each lodge to help get heavy duffel bags up and down the stairs (we were on a cross country road trip and didn’t have our belongings in anything smaller). The one thing that helped us in this case was being assigned a room right next to the staircase. Other than that, we were only here for one night and after going to the Frontier Nights rodeo, there wasn’t enough time to enjoy the myriad amenities that the resort had to offer - now we know for next time to spend more than one night and enjoy Cheyenne for a few days instead of just one night! Looking forward to booking here again in the future next time we’re in town!

Room definitely was not the cleanest. Carpet needed cleaning and overall felt unclean.

The staff is wonderful, the location is perfect, the accommodations are always very comfortable.

The pool was very nice and fun to sped the day in after a long road trip.

The room was nice and it had a small terrace with a view of the golf course. The staff was polite and helpful. The room was quiet even though they had something going on in a meeting space in the hotel. The dinner was ok but underwhelming.

This is a historic hotel and beautiful! We were so excited we got to see this gem.

The staff, room and everything in between was off the charts. I can only give it a 5 star rating on here but I give it an off the chart rating in excellence. I would definitely stay here over and over again

We had a two night visit during Frontier Days, which I'm sure is not the easiest time for the Staff. Regatdless, they were all helpful, polite and effecient, and the property, including a very busy restaurant, presented well. We did have an incident with a lost/left item where I called back twice after returning home, was assured that they would call me back after Housekeeping checked, and have not heard back, but that wasnt enough to make the experience a bad one.

I have been wanting to stay at this property for a long time. It’s beautiful and the renovations were awesome. The pool was great. The food was awesome. We ate dinner. One night was the buffet and then we had the brunch. It was a great.
