Room was not set up well, ac did not work consistently, shower didnt drain properly, and breakfast was just straight carb options.
-
The staff was outstanding. We enjoyed our few hours there. The pool was so warm and that was great!
-
Was right off the interstate. Older hotel, beds were comfortable, continental breakfast was good, outside pool was nice.
-
For the price, I’s stay there again.
-
The breakfast was very lacking. Hot items biscuits and gravy only came out 30 minutes late.
-
Nice room, and I liked the hotel layout. Breakfast was not as extravagant as some places but had enough options to be a real meal.
-
Great staff! Very helpful! They had great smiles and were very accommodating as we arrived late.

Clean room, friendly staff. We had a great 2 night stay

Kristi at the front desk was excellent! Super friendly n helpful. Gave us suggestions n directions to visit areas around the city. She was great!

Staff was very helpful when I left my glasses in the room after checkout. Shout out to Neveah who found them and then went above and beyond and held them for me. Beds were comfortable and clean. Furniture could use a refresh.

Very dirty hotel, sheets stained, towels dirty, definitely not worth700$ for 2 nights just due to CFD

Nice pool area.

The room was not clean and fresh. I found a water bottle left by a previous guest next to the nightstand. The carpet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The complimentary breakfast was okay. There was no milk provided, so I couldn’t have a bowl of cereal. I asked for milk from a staff member, and got a simple response of “we are out of milk”. I expected more from this hotel given the price of the room. It was in the mid-range of prices for hotels in the area, but it was definitely a cut-rate experience.

Very little breakfast selection available and nothing hot. The tv remote wasn’t working. The front desk clerk was very friendly and tried her best to fix the remote issue to no avail. Not a bad place to sleep and great staff!

It took 30 minutes to check in. The employees were helpful, but the manager was very rude. The pool was closed for a staff party, which was not advertised when booking. We decided not to stay the night and nobody inquired as to why.

Tv remote didn't work even when I was given new batteries. But everything else was fine..

Housekeeping was almost nonexistent during my stay. In five nights, my room was only serviced once. On one occasion, housekeeping knocked while I was working in my room and simply stated, "I guess you don't want room service," without asking. The only thing I received that day was a roll of toilet paper that I requested. The one day my room was serviced while I was away, I returned around 9:30 p.m. to find my room door left ajar all day after being cleaned. As a solo traveler, this was extremely unsettling. I had work equipment, including a laptop and phone, in the room, and anyone could have entered while I was away or someone could have. Eren kn the room. Fortunately, nothing was missing. When I reported the issue, staff said they would put in a work order because the door didn't close and latch properly. I mentioned it again at checkout and received no apology or concern. Adding to my concerns, staff members and guests frequently propped open the side door entrance near my room with a rock, allowing anyone from the parking lot access to the hotel. Breakfast was disappointing as well. The only hot options each morning were frozen biscuits and canned sausage gravy. Yogurt was the only other protein option and was often gone. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again.

For how old the property is it was pretty clean and well maintained. The pool was clean. The breakfast was simple and the attendant was on top of everything. The outdoor lights were very bright at night, you couldn’t even tell it was night time. The only real negative I have is that when searching Expedia I filtered for hotels that allow animals since we had our dog on this trip. I wasn’t expecting to pay an extra $25 for having our dog at a hotel that’s listed as allowing animals.

Front desk was not helpful AT ALL. Barely answered their phones. Had to cancel my stay and they would not refund me. Didn’t help with refund or future credit. Will never stay at a quality inn due to my horrible experience dealing with the staff.

Breakfast was skimpy with bisquits and gravy all three mornings
