Great location and clean room, the only thing I would suggest to improve is the breakfast. Otherwise it’s perfect.

Clean, comfortable, convenient, spacious. Parking was the only considerable downside, valet service was excellent but pricey.

The first room we got was good but the TV did not work so we called the front desk and the clerk gave us a new room quickly and it was fine and clean. Service was good. Parking with smoothly was valet parking. We liked how close we were to walk to the Lake Michigan.

Property was super close to the red line stop, super convenient! Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good and well attended! The rooftop was great!

It was close to public transportation

Hotel was exactly as expected, clean and maintained and staff were amazing. Right across from college so it had many late night eating options, as well as subway close and just a street away to get into downtown. Would highly recommend

The bed was too soft

Always a pleasure to stay onsite. Reena and Jose are absolutely amazing! We had an issue with the fitness room over our room and was accommodated with a new room. Just a word of caution.. the fitness facility should be in a basement or the first floor. Weight dropping and ball bouncing were heard two floors down and made the first day unbearable.

Location and proximity to restaurants and other places. Exceptionally clean, friendly staff and excellent service. Absolutely no complaints.

This is a pretty good hotel out of the city center. It is close to the train station (red line) that takes you downtown. The whole staff is very pleasant. Breakfast is very good too, with friendly kitchen staff (Angel and Amanda).

The staff was so friendly! Although the train ride to the city was a little long, it went by really quickly. The location of the hotel was great. It's really close to Loyola Beach, several places to eat, Target, CVS, & Starbucks was a 2 minute walk. The train station and bus stops are very close, too! It was an great overall experience.
