That being said it is a great economy alternative.

Breakfast had a reasonably decent selection, with the standard carb choices. There was quite a bit of parking when I was there.

Very good

Beds were comfortable, room was clean. Quiet location and I came back from Chicago bed bug free. The kiosk check in machine was annoying. The person on the screen over in the middle east was hard to understand.

The accommodations were clean and comfortable as well as reasonably priced. I checked in ysing the digital front desk which was very convenient. The on-site parking was free. Our rooms were recently refurbished and very nice. The in-person front desk attendant, Naz, was extremely pleasant and very helpful. She also pointed us to the nearby L station. We would definitely come back for our next visit. Not many things not to like.

I haven't stayed there in years, it needed an update and they definitely listened. Great job.

Older property a bit north of town but the red line is around a 10 min walk away (Jarvis Station). Very helpful staff. Adequate covered parking area for my car. I slept extremely well in my bed. Didn't experience unwanted noises through the walls. Fairly quiet! A/C unit worked well. Hot water available limmediately in the shower which is a huge plus! Breakfast area in AM had hot coffee and basic food options but FRESH. It's a shame that Chicago doesn't have more reasonably priced hotels like this closer to the Loop. Highly recommend though.

The facility was dated YET was maintained, fresh paint. There were three hooks against the wall but was trying to hang my clothes to have as minimal contact as possible to avoid any insects that might be present (general practice). Bathroom had a bathtub with shower, but you could not take a bath. Video check-in was problematic, was assigned and given a key to an occupied room. Room smelled. Room was hot when I arrived, AC should have been on. Onsite staff was friendly and helpful. Recommend installing bars in the space to be able to hang clothes in a way where they they don't come in contact with the wallor floor. Facility was older but we'll maintained, fresh paint, decent furnishings, fixtures worked. I would not stay here again at this price point, price should have been closer to $100/night with tax. Benefits include a block from the waterfront (although its not necessarily accessible, sign says there is a park but I was not walking through the flying insects to see). About a two blockish walk to the red line (runs 24 hours), which is a 30 minute ride to Boystown. Uber to the same location was $20 or less. Lime scooters in Chicago do not operate late/overnight.

Location

The property was small, but neat. Parking was minimal and in a VERY tight covered area. The outside of the property looked kind of shabby. The check in was strange-done via monitor and camera. It was a live person, they just weren't physically in that location. It was kind of neat that our conversation showed up on the screen as we spoke, like closed captioning. There were actual staff people at the front desk, but they were there to get things like ice buckets or more towels. They were friendly. The building was all strange angles and everything in the room was the same. There was no regular corner, everything was slanted. Overall, the stay was fine. It was quiet. And we got it for a decent price. You do pay extra for parking though..

Bed was comfortable. Building was easy to navigate More run down then I expected for the price. Parking garage is difficult to navigate in a larger suv.

This were I'll be staying whenever I touch back down in Chicago There was nothing to not like

A nice hotel near the beach in Roger park. Free parking and breakfast was a plus. The staff were very nice and let us park a little longer while we spent some more time at the beach. We’ll certainly stay here again when we come back to Chicago.

The staff was extremely nice and accommodating. The breakfast area was small

My husband and I came from NJ to see Cubs and White Sox play. This hotel was in very convenient location and reasonably priced. Room was very clean and free parking was included. Staff was super accommodating and let us check in early. Highly recommend.

This “no frills” stay is perfect for visiting my son at Loyola. It’s a great price, you get a parking spot, & it’s well maintained. The staff is friendly, the room is clean, & they have continental brekky from 6-9am that includes bagels/toast, fruit, yogurt, cereals, juices, oatmeal, coffee, & you can make your own pancakes if you choose. The location is perfect. There’s a pizza spot & a brekky spot w/in walking distance.

Very Clean. Excellent Staff. Very good breakfast. Would love to see an easy/lounge chair in each room.

Safe, easy parking, clear instructions. Rooms have easy to clean surfaces. Bathroom (esp shower) was not as thoroughly cleaned as I would have hoped... remnants of shaving in the soap area and along the edges. I just pretended it was a campground shower. Also, plenty of towels but the blankets were thin and no extras provided in the room. I am sure I could have called for some, but it was the middle of the night when I was cold so I didn't want to.

THe rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful
