Great place to stay near transportation , clean and affordable!

They are trying but it just is old. No fridge. No microwave. No ice machine . No AC when I was there in May. It is Convenient for sure. Just not the ritz (or even close)

It was great! Charmingly retro and it did the job for a great stay at a great price.

Room was clean. Neighborhood was safe. Nothing fancy, but for the price, not bad at all. Maybe 10 min drive from Wrigley. Free parking is huge for that area!

The motel is very basic. If you are looking for a room to sleep in and don’t need any extras. This is your place, a clean bed to sleep in, cable tv, and free parking. We needed a budget place to stay and this did the trick. The staff we encountered were very polite and accommodating.

Clean room, Staff was great, very helpful. No frills motel. Close to bus stops so easy to get to the L. Free parking which was great! Could have had a couple more channels on tv (only 3). And maybe a small selection of something besides cereal for breakfast. But we would stay there again!!

Room 109 for one night. Bathroom needs major updating. Ceiling has major water damage in bathroom. Needs new towels. Staff very friendly. Great for a low pricepoint.

Location, fast uber pickup, friendly front desk guy, affordable,accepts cash for payment, cool bar across the street. Pillows and bedding not super comfortable.

The people who work there are very professional and kind. The room and bathroom were very clean. The bed was very comfortable too. The room was quite spacious. I'll book there again when if needed and if it's available. Thank you

Very good hotel for the price

When I stay at a hotel, the minimum I expect is a decent night of rest. That's the purpose of staying there. The air conditioning did not work and at midnight the office was closed with no one in sight. At 2:30 am I got up and opened the door to my room to get a cross breeze. Not much. I saw someone walking about in the office and managed to wrestle a fan. So, not only was the room hot but it's incredibly noisy. It's one of the worst places I've stayed. Upon checking out, I shared so with the same person who checked me in. He reacted by not even looking up.

Clean room straight out of the 60’s or 70’s, staff was nice, good parking. Would recommend for sure. Trying to cross the streets around there is like playing the game frogger, lots of traffic, but couldn’t hear it from the room.

It was neat and clean bur of course its dated, staff was good and helping. One thing bothered and made us uncomfortable that some neighbors guest were smoking weed and saw them drinking in parking lot, i was staying with family so that was inappropriate for my kids to see. If you are traveling alone and short term this is the place at good cost. Smoking policy
