Nice, clean hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful and let us check in early. Rooms were clean, new carpet.

The hotel is very nice, clean, friendly staff and we enjoyed the pool/patio setup! The only issue I had is I booked through hotels.com (Expedia) and paid in full in advance. I put a card on file for the security deposit upon arrival, and upon checking out it charged my card on file- there is a known issue w/ Expedia b/c it comes up as a 'virtual card'- just make sure Expedia properly provides your payment to the hotel (this is the 2nd time I've had a major issue w/ Expedia relaying information to the hotel- happened w/ an entirely different hotel). Thankfully, the Fairfield staff was very helpful and communicative to resolve crediting my account back. Also, the hotel is remodeled and looking really nice w/ freshly/new smell to the building!!

We didn't participate with breakfast, but was glad it was offered, I enjoyed the stay everything was clean. The only thing that I had a problem with was the mattress. It was extremely soft with no support at all, did a number on my back and shoulders.

Great stop over when moving our hokie into and out of the dorms.

pool looked great but didn't use it. Could tell renovations were being done on the second floor, wasn't pretty. TV in our room had vertical lines on the screen. Breakfast was good and well-tended to by the staff.

I liked the fact that everything was close by concerning food and gas I didn't care for the beds as they were extremely to soft I prefer firm mattress and for the price a microwave would have been nice inside the room

Excellent hotel. Nice location. Affordable room prices. I will stay again and recommend to others 100%. Hotel feels modern and up-to-date with design and furnishings. Nice access to local food places very close by. Friendly staff all over. Room was spacious and very clean. Props to hotel room services! Nice job keeping it clean! No riff-raff or sketchy clientele. A/C works great and is nice and cool. Nice, fairly large outdoor pool! Great hot shower and water pressure! Nice breakfast bar and sitting area. Has scrambled eggs, meat (i.e., sausage or bacon), oatmeal, toast, bagels, muffins, etc. Parking in front and back. Larger parking area in back for normal (i.e., non-commercial) trucks & trailers. No need to think twice. Book it, you won't be disappointed! You're welcome!
