Room was large and roomy! Had Microwave, small frig and hair dryer. Love the Oil of Olay soap and body lotion in the bathroom. The breakfast bar was excellent with a variety to choose from. Coffee was outstanding! However, I believe we got a room that was being worked on - equipment was left in the room, and the worker came and got it after we had settled in. We assumed whatever it was surely had been repaired and ready for occupancy. Later we realized the bathroom sink leaked bad, not just a drip - it poured out, and we put a trash can under to catch the water. We ended up using all towels, except one, to keep on the floor. Being we did not catch this problem until late evening, and we were only staying that one night, so we waited until the next morning to report this problem. They took info nonchalantly and just said OKAY. I was a little surprised that they did not even apologize for the inconvenience - their attitude was no big deal and not even a "sorry".

Location was close to where we needed to be.. plenty of parking when we arrived but quickly filled up. Was greeted with questions as to why I was staying there. Something about a rule not to rent to anyone who lives within 50 miles of the property. While the address on my drivers license is local to the property I live well over 50 miles away in Lynchburg Va. Followed with “I’ll make an exception this time” so I guess I won’t be staying here again even though I had booked and paid for the hotel in advance.

Most everything old outdated, room was dirty, ceiling tiles missing washer @ dryer not working front desk staff not very friendly when we checked in!
