The room was not cleaned from previous guest. There was chewing tobacco in the toilet and food crumbs all over the floors. The bed was made but the sheets looked dirty.

Employee at the front desk was either on drugs or completly overwhelmed by his job. Room smelled bad, toilet seat unstable, no toilet paper holder, floor made my white socks brown in just a few steps, and more... Front desk employee didn't like my comments about his work and then decided not to give us a room that we already paid for and after screaming after me to "get the f@%& out of the hotel" he call the police for help. Before the cop arrived I manage to make a deal with this crazy guy and he gave us a room with 2 beds instead of a king size. It was 9:30 pm after 13 hours on the road and I could fight anymore with this moron. Never again these cheap hotels with incompetent staff, run down rooms and more.

For the money, the accommodations were great! Room clean, staff great, breakfast good.

When entering the room it looked ok. Luckily I travel with cleaning supplies so I brought in my own items to wipe off the countertops and sweep the floors as you could clearly see they were not cleaned well at all. The floors were extremely dirty. Our socks and feet were all black on the bottom from walking around the room. The towels were dirty and had other people's hair on them. I had to ask the front desk multiple times for new towels especially because we were only given 3 total for a 3 night stay, no hand towels or wash cloths. For the price I paid I knew that I was not getting a 5-star hotel but it still could have been better. Again, the front desk staff were amazing.

Staff was great. Location easy to find and access. Breakfast was better than expected with hot options. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Had a kitchen and bigger fridge. Floors in the room were dirty, especially along the walls. Room wasn't stocked - had to ask for shampoo & conditioner, bath mats, no tissues. Toilet paper had no dispenser - just sat on the back of the commode. Handle in the shower fell off. Door to outside didn't seal properly. Bent from being kicked maybe? Or warped. Looked like door eyepiece had been removed but not replaced. Just a hole in the door. Needs to be renovated.

The room was amazing. Very clean. My only problem was the steps and that’s my fault for not clarifying that I needed a bottom floor because of my knee surgery. Definitely will stay again

They are working on renovations at the facility and it is mix suburban suites and quality inn. Very friendly staff and good complementary breakfast. The rooms are very clean and in very good shape but the property exterior is a bit worn but I would definitely stay there again.

Location and remodeling made rooms nice. The walls were not clean near the sink and bathroom.

There was a broken masonry step on one of the stairs towers that I injured my ankle on.

The bed and pillows were comfortable. Didn’t seem clean. The lighting temperature was too bright. No complementary shampoo. The sheets were on top of the comforter and not under. Do the comforters get washed? No fresh oatmeal with topping choices. For the cost, some of these conveniences should be provided.

The room was filthy and bed had bugs, both dead and alive. The bathroom floor was wet with a layer of dirty water. It was disgusting. Will never stay here again.

New studio rooms are very clean. Newly remodeled with flooring, furniture, paint, fixtures, etc. It still smelled like new paint, but not off putting. Location is right off 81 and close to VT. Breakfast looked good - continental style, and there were cookies available at check in. There is a mid-sized refrigarator and freezer in the room as well as microwave, small stove, sink, coffee maker. The hair dryer is from 1980 though, but worked. Downside is there are still kinks to be worked out with the new rooms - tv connection didn't work and there is no fan in the bathroom or place to put shampoo or soap in the shower.
