AC works great and with the recent heat index it was most appreciated. Most of the staff members were kind and accommodating. However, since hotels are part of the "Hospitality" industry, a little training in customer service/client relations would serve them well, depending on management's goal of course. If mediocraty is the goal, then then a 5-star rating has been achieved.

Clean room

Definitely was overpriced but due to the holiday I was only able to afford this place. The room was semi clean. My son found a roach in the bathroom. I found a dead roach in once of the drawers in the room. The floors were dirty and you can tell they had not been cleaned for a while. Will not be staying there again.

Had a good stay, would come back in the future.

The location was very convenient—right off the highway and close to Walmart, the mall, gas stations, restaurants, and other stores. We also felt very safe during our entire stay. The building itself could use some exterior maintenance and power washing, but the property and room were clean. The parking lot and front desk area were also very clean. The pool was not working during our stay, but the pool area was clean. Our one-bedroom room was spacious and included a microwave and a good-sized refrigerator. The mattress was surprisingly comfortable, and the water pressure was great. The air conditioner worked extremely well—maybe a little too well! 😂 There was no breakfast, but for the price we paid, that was not a problem. Housekeeping did not come during our stay, but when I requested a broom and trash bag, the front desk was happy to provide them. An iron was also available at the front desk. Overall, this was a safe, clean, affordable, and convenient place to stay. It may not be the fanciest property, but for the price, I was satisfied. I would definitely stay here again if I were traveling on a budget, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable place to stay in the San Diego area.

Not a safe location.

The rooms smell like cigarettes even though they where non smoking rooms, the beds are uncomfortable, they don’t bring you fresh towels or toilet paper you have to go get it at the office

Rooms weren't exceptionally very clean and the furniture was sub par and out of 4 days we never once got house keeping always having to ask for towels and tp. All of the people were very courteous.

Socks left under bed. Stains on chairs and curtains. Pool not usable for guests even though there was a pool maintenance worker there to clean it. Lobby could not tell us why no one was allowed to use the pool.

Room there was hair in the tub chips on the floor a huge bug in the tub .The bathroom has a mildew smell there was some sort bathroom

Crean room

Place smelled moldy and smell like Marijuana eveytime you entered the room the aircondition has to be place on very cold to mask the mold smell and the Marijuana. Pool stayed close or some reason. I would not recommend this place to anyone to stay or bring children .
