From the moment we arrived, we were confronted with an environment that was shocking. The sheets on our beds were visibly dirty and stained, which clearly showed a serious lack of cleanliness. It's a fundamental expectation for any hotel to provide clean linens, and this place fell woefully short. The sight and odor of those sheets created an unpleasant atmosphere that made it impossible to feel at ease. The furnishings in our room were equally distressing. The sofa, which should offer comfort, was marred by burn holes, highlighting a complete lack of care and maintenance. It was disheartening to witness such neglect toward guests' comfort, leading me to question how effectively the room was prepared for our arrival. Additionally, the room was permeated with overwhelming odors of cigar smoke, mildew, and marijuana, making it nearly impossible to relax. This experience was not only disappointing but also unacceptable for any accommodation.

I will start off by saying that the hotel staff were very nice and polite. The hotel itself is another story. The advertised pool with lovely pictures has not been operational for years and is in significant decay plus it was filled with garbage and broken furniture. The hallways were very dirty and the smell of both cigarette and marijuana smoke was overwhelming. Absolutely NOTHING like the pictures!

The air conditioning unit would come on and go off by itself. It was very hot in the room when it would go out by itself. The pool was not usable it was under construction and it looked like it would be that way for a while. It was half full of dirty water and the chairs around the pool were dirty also. Some of the rooms were under construction also. They do not mention a deposit fee until you are checking in there is no mention of this deposit on their website either. They say they serve breakfast but it’s just coffee in the morning. No cereal hot or cold no biscuits or sandwiches no pancakes or sausage or bacon just coffee.

There appear to be 2 very nice younger Indian sisters running the place. They're quite helpful but the place is old. They have their hands full trying to rehab it and I wish them great success! One of the girls said she would take a pool repair course herself to fix the pool= determination and moxy! With one more good person on their team, am sure they would really spruce the place up : )

1. No hot water to shower throughout my entire stay (checked in Thursday -checked out Sunday). The knob would not turn to access the hot water. Informed the front desk, never sent anyone to fix it. 2. No iron, informed the staff, the staff brought an iron that leaked water. 3. The window curtain was hanging from the window and the wand was broken. 4. A dirty towel was left hanging over the shower curtain. Staff: 1. The staff helped with what they could. 2. The staff were very nice and friendly. Air conditioning: 1. Never turned it on. Parking: 1. Free parking. 2. Our car was safe the entire stay. Poor rating!

People are helpful and friendly. Facility is kind of under construction.

We contacted them and told them we were arriving late due to traffic issues and they didnt have a down stairs room available. Had to go up 2 flights of stairs that me and my wife are disabled. No elevator available. AC in the room didn't work very well. Took all night and all day to even get room cooled off. Person in next room had a dog that would quit barking even at 3AM. 1/2 a roll of toilet paper in bathroom. Sheets and pillow cases looked like they had mold on them.

I loved everyone.

The pool is out of order, it took us a hour to check in our rooms at 3:30! My room was NEVER CLEANED!!! I would never stay there again!! We were sitting in the parking lot and a man just steps out of his window to go to his car instead of walking around to the door! The staff seems like they are very confused! They are all running around the hotel like crazy!

Lock on the wall for the door was missing. Shower stall didn’t have a lip on the bottom so water flowed all over the bathroom floor. Large towels were thin and very small

There was NO breakfast available.

Do not book this hotel! We arrived to the property to find two half dressed men sitting on the curb smoking weed. There were bags of trash sitting outside the front door. The lobby had trash (not bagged) on laying on the floor. The couches in the lobby had blankets covering stains. The pool area was trashed and there was no water in the pool, not that we would have used it. There were multiple broken windows on the property. We booked this room two hours prior to arriving. The manager at the desk refused to cancel our reservation. I contacted Expedia and they were incredibly helpful in getting this reservation canceled but could only talk the manager into refunding $56 of the $112 we paid, and were kind enough to also give us a $25 Expedia credit. We were willing to take a loss if that is what it took to get out of this reservation. While waiting for Expedia to finish their process my fiance waited in the lobby and was told my the manager that if we were not going to stay there, we needed to leave the property. Again, this was while still actively working with Expedia to resolve the issue. She was so rude to him that another employee in the lobby told her she needed to calm down. 10 out of 10 would NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Positives- Staff was GREAT! Bed was clean and comfortable. Water pressure from the shower was good!

Staff was great! Property needs updated and smell was….old and musty

This property was poorly maintained outside. There was no pool or breakfast. The room was somewhat clean but there were stains on the bedspread. Wouldn't stay here again

I wouldn't stay there again.

The window in the room was broken, barely in the frame so the air conditioning was almost useless. Additionally, the towels were dingy and great. I’m glad I brought my own towels and wash cloths. Overall I would not recommend this property. It seemed to more of a transient property.
