Lovely hotel with excellent service.

The administration doesn’t let the travelers knows about by publishing the information in their own website. The staff were rude and unprofessional, the fire alarm system went off and nobody could give us any information about it. Was bad experience Thanks Parar é Morrer

They are currently doing renovations, the place is louddd! And looks terrible when your first walk in. The rooms are okay.. theres alot of gnats in the rooms … breakfast had the bare minimum. And then i was awaken, startled at like 12am by the fire alarm in the hotel … dont know if this was purposely set off or what but what a terrible feeling to wake up terrified thinking your hotel might be on fire, having to wake up my kids to get them up and out of the hotel. Staff was never at the front desk when we walked in or out . Parking was easy no complaints there. House keeping could have done better … overall id give this hotel a 2 out of 5

Noisy and not the most inviting area. Building is just a lot of patch work, lipstick on a pig kinda place.

Entire place is a mess under construction I guess? Didn’t seem like they cared about having people stay there. Like we were inconveniencing them…

Room was large, comfortable and clean. Handicapped accessible room and everything was great. Staff very accommodating. Undergoing major renovations but AC was spot on in our room!! Will stay there again.

The room was nice for the price. The lobby was under renovations.

The staff is friendly and the property has a lot of potential. If I would have known that it was under renovation I wouldn't have stayed there. There is a ton of dust, parts are covered in plastic to try to avoid the dust, carpet is ripped off in many places. Our room was clean for the most part, but the dirty towels from the previous guest were still hung behind the bathroom door and the sink was covered in their shaving clippings. The staff apologized and cleaned it right away. The sink is very slow draining. The only reason we didn't leave is because it was only one night and needed to rest before continuing. We didn't even try the breakfast. Give it a few months until they finish renovation and then stay there.

So much noise, not clean at all

The hallway and elevators smelled bad. Poorly lit. The floors on the 3rd floor was cracking and making sounds. We stayed from Thursday to Monday and no one cleaned our room or got us clean towels. We really really had a bad experience it was extremely frustrating I did not get my money’s worth. I would not recommend this hotel to no one

Bathroom had feces on back of toilet where the hinges are. I tried to clean it off.

Young Indian girl at the front desk was not at her post. Had to ring the bell each time I went to the desk. She was actively engaged in a personal phone call during my check-in and I couldn't tell if she was talking to them or me. Lobby was torn up for construction. Only 2 floors with ice machines; the one on my floor was out of order. Signs pointing to "vending" but no vending machines at all on motel property. Front desk confirmed that they do not have a Coke machine. Hallways were hot and muggy and overall the entire motel was very drab and outdated. Not the worst motel but just acceptable for a place to lay your head for the night.
