Entire place is a mess under construction I guess? Didn’t seem like they cared about having people stay there. Like we were inconveniencing them…
-
Room was large, comfortable and clean. Handicapped accessible room and everything was great. Staff very accommodating. Undergoing major renovations but AC was spot on in our room!! Will stay there again.

The bed was comfortable. Theyre were knats all over. They keep the front doors open. I assume due to working on the place. They take cash payments and thete were several shady looking people around.. The fire alarm went off at 9 at night due to people smoking weed on the third floor. The side door was always propped open with a rock despite supposedly needing a card to get in.

The room was nice for the price. The lobby was under renovations.

The staff is friendly and the property has a lot of potential. If I would have known that it was under renovation I wouldn't have stayed there. There is a ton of dust, parts are covered in plastic to try to avoid the dust, carpet is ripped off in many places. Our room was clean for the most part, but the dirty towels from the previous guest were still hung behind the bathroom door and the sink was covered in their shaving clippings. The staff apologized and cleaned it right away. The sink is very slow draining. The only reason we didn't leave is because it was only one night and needed to rest before continuing. We didn't even try the breakfast. Give it a few months until they finish renovation and then stay there.

So much noise, not clean at all

The hallway and elevators smelled bad. Poorly lit. The floors on the 3rd floor was cracking and making sounds. We stayed from Thursday to Monday and no one cleaned our room or got us clean towels. We really really had a bad experience it was extremely frustrating I did not get my money’s worth. I would not recommend this hotel to no one

Location was great
-
Bathroom had feces on back of toilet where the hinges are. I tried to clean it off.

Nothing it was awful It was a terrible experience dirty and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone
-
location was decent there was construction, and the hotel had a bad smell, plus there was water spots in all over the walls of the room

Room was clean and nice enough. Free parking. Young Indian girl at the front desk was not at her post. Had to ring the bell each time I went to the desk. She was actively engaged in a personal phone call during my check-in and I couldn't tell if she was talking to them or me. Lobby was torn up for construction. Only 2 floors with ice machines; the one on my floor was out of order. Signs pointing to "vending" but no vending machines at all on motel property. Front desk confirmed that they do not have a Coke machine. Hallways were hot and muggy and overall the entire motel was very drab and outdated. Not the worst motel but just acceptable for a place to lay your head for the night.

The property is under renovation. When it's finished, it will be a much better property than previously. The gentlemen at the desk at checkout stated it will compete with Holiday Inn. If the renovations continue and are fulfilled according to proposed pictures, then I will agree. It's a work in progress.

The location was great and staff was friendly. Clean rooms. Very outdated, the smell of marijuana was so potent, they were doing construction which was fine but the safety wise the main front door stayed wide open then entire night. Beds were EXTREMELY hard

The location The tub was backed up and the telephone didn’t work

They were supposedly doing renovations, but the renovations that I saw were like handyman going wrong. Where should I start? The elevator wasn’t working, the first trim we get into smell like cigarette smoke, they got us a new room, but it was on the third floor, which was annoying because of having to take the stairs every time. We got into our room and part of the carpet was coming up, there were holes in the wall everywhere that were hilariously patched, and then painted over. There was poop on the wall in the bathroom. Again, they tried to renovate, but it was more like just painting over everything including poop. The property should be condemned. One of the doors to the outside was literally rusted at the bottom 3 inches up and you could see to the outside.

The pictures used by the hotel do not reflect what the property actually looks like. The property is in the midst of renovation EVERYWHERE! The room we were given didn’t even have a proper lock on the door. When we checked in, a woman was complaining that someone else walked into her room because they were keyed for the same space. She was in bed in her pajamas!! I wanted to find a new hotel, but due to events in the area that weekend there were no rooms available (AND it was Mother’s Day weekend as well).

Very clean Nothing

not good The room was not good , no eleavtor to 3rd floor and place was dirty, I would not stay there because of the problems

Dog rooms were all placed in the first floor hallway which was under construction. I prepaid for 2 rooms - 1 for only one night and the other for 2 nights just so my brothers had a comfortable place to stay during the day while I was away with dogs. Found out that the hotel was trying to charge an extra night, an extra $100 dog fee because manager had taken off and left a very inexperienced person on her own.
