If I had to return to Fairfield, I would definitely book again at this hotel. The staff were friendly, polite and very helpful and responsive. My room was very clean and presented well. I felt very comfortable and definitely would book again.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. They addressed any concerns or questions I had with my stay immediately and appropriately. The breakfast is outstanding--many fresh choices. The room and facility were very clean and well taken care of.

Friendly staff, clean room I called more than a week prior to change my reservation to a room with two beds but when we checked in it hadn’t been changed. I paid almost $700 for a room with a roll away, not impressed or pleased!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Made us feel very welcome. Only issue was the shower didn’t get very hot. It was sufficient but would’ve liked it to be a bit warmer.
