The price was inexpensive, but the cleanliness was not the best.

Oh, by the way, they don't have an ice machine and I didn't dare use the ice cube trays in the freezer. Had to go to a local gas station for a cup of ice. When you are looking to stay in Fairfield, Ohio, don't believe in the photo's presented.. Please avoid and never take children there. Called for a reimbursement and was basically told, no way.

Terrible

All amenties were good, but the bed in the room could have be bit more updated.

After four days of smoking in a building it is illegal to. I told Nathan at the front desk about it. Later when my neighbor was smoking I invited him up to smell it. He told me he did, and said he would handle the situation. For the rest of the stay my neighbor smoked (3 days). Nothing was done to my neighbor illegally smoking in the building. On top of that there were many cockroaches I killed during my stay. I can’t tell people what to do, but I would not stay here in the future.

The room was disgustingly filthy, with specimens on the walls and floors, the pictures and descriptions online were nothing similar to the reality of the room. There were people doing unlawful things in plain sight. I had to leave asap. Did not spend the night and unfortunately lost my money for it.

Room\building had multiple things in disrepair. Worn linen\carpet. Roach infestation in bathroom.

The bed was good No shower curtain and I killed two bugs. one in bath and one on living room wall

Great stay

Needless to say we chose not to stay there. I am very thankful that she had us check the place out first... I imagine she has had people chose not to stay and demand their money back before.

Nasty Roaches

Bring roach spray with you. The Roaches were bad. Also you need pillows. They ones there were like having no pillows at all. There was no other availability in the area at other hotels, so we took a chance. Kept most belongings in our vehicle, didn't want roaches in everything.

Parking was great and staff was very helpful and quick to check me into my room. Room was pretty clean, but the shower curtain was missing and the carpeting needs to be replaced as it was dirty and a little sticky when touched with bare feet.

The staff were really nice. The room wasn’t really that clean, we saw some bugs crawling on the wall, I went to raise up the blinds and the whole thing fell on my face. The bathroom wasn’t fully clean, carpets were kind of filthy. The room they were originally put me in, had somebody already in there!!! I used the key to unlock the door and it had somebody stuff in there. The beds kept moving off the rail as soon as we would sit down, pillows weren’t fluffy at all. Tv was small & wouldn’t work at first.
