The bed was good No shower curtain and I killed two bugs. one in bath and one on living room wall

Needless to say we chose not to stay there. I am very thankful that she had us check the place out first... I imagine she has had people chose not to stay and demand their money back before.

Nasty Roaches

Bring roach spray with you. The Roaches were bad. Also you need pillows. They ones there were like having no pillows at all. There was no other availability in the area at other hotels, so we took a chance. Kept most belongings in our vehicle, didn't want roaches in everything.

Parking was great and staff was very helpful and quick to check me into my room. Room was pretty clean, but the shower curtain was missing and the carpeting needs to be replaced as it was dirty and a little sticky when touched with bare feet.

The staff were really nice. The room wasn’t really that clean, we saw some bugs crawling on the wall, I went to raise up the blinds and the whole thing fell on my face. The bathroom wasn’t fully clean, carpets were kind of filthy. The room they were originally put me in, had somebody already in there!!! I used the key to unlock the door and it had somebody stuff in there. The beds kept moving off the rail as soon as we would sit down, pillows weren’t fluffy at all. Tv was small & wouldn’t work at first.

Bugs everywhere. Don’t stay here

I don’t recommend this place. I had to cancel reservations upon arrival.

The staff was very unprofessional and was rude. We had reservations and confirmed the booking with the hotel but when we got there the staff said that there is reservation but no room. We were literally kicked out from the hotel. The staff came in pajamas and was half asleep. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

The tub was dirty with used bar of soap still in it. Room smelled of continuous smoke. Refrigerator and microwave had stains in it as well.

it smells like dog urine, carpet is stained matress has a huge stain. they are a dog friendly hotel. with that being said DON'T had carpet in the rms, put a mattress protector on the matress to help clean the mattress clean & from odors from the dog. there was NO staff member on site the whole wk I was there except for the night I checked in. I asked for a refund so I can leave the hotel because of the horrific odor, was told NO refunds. would NOT recommend this hotel to any1 unless you like sleeping in a urine odor rm......

Run down and bug-infested. I expected a no-frills room, but I wasn't prepared for a sticky vinyl floor, a winged bug crawling across my sketchbook, roaches fleeing the bathroom counter from under my hairdryer, outlet covers falling off, no bedside lamp, cigarette burns on the side of the tub, wide blinds that did little to darken the room, and no ice machine. Besides the roaches, I saw at least two other types of insects. Ick. I feel bad for the working guys who stay for multiple nights at a time. A colleague had another room that was at least as bad. Neither of us will return to this property. On a positive note, the front desk agent was friendly and helpful, and parking was convenient.

Expensive for what you received. For a hotel it should have been better. We had water on the floor from a leaking nozzle, bathroom had not been swept. Microwave was broken. AC unit broken but worked. It was 62 in the room when we arrived. WiFi said I reached limit when I hasn’t used it yet. However, despite all of this front desk was great. She offered to move us. My mom w dementia was already settled. She did provide extra towels at my request. She was very helpful w the WiFi as well.

Absolutely nothing aside from the front desk lady. She was extremely nice. Everything and I’m not one too complain. I worked in a hotel for years so I get it. With that being said, this was horrible! There were so many roaches. Pictures are attached. There were tons of dead baby roaches as well as grown ones. We had to kill them. It was not worth what we paid. We checked in at 6, left for a while, came back around 11 and were on the way home by midnight because I refused to stay and bring home roaches. When trying to get a refund, the manager did not approve it through booking.com. HORRIBLE place. Do NOT stay here.

There were no blankets and 3 pillows, I asked for more and was told they didn't have any. We couldn't get heat only cold air. The hallways were smokey from cigarette/pot. There were several people hanging out in the hall. The bathtub faucet was loose and had a hard time turning on the water. The counter in the bathroom was in poor condition. We had a difficult time connecting with staff at the front office
