The room had roaches. Now, the staff provided another room but it was inconvenient to move.

The rooms look trashed, the counters are peeling up, the walls are disgusting. The mattress looked like the were covered in feces. The rooms should be 20 dollars a night with how the propert is maintained. Under up not even sleeping there and driving home.

Location was perfect for the trip we was on. That's literally the only good thing I can say about it. Upon arriving there was probably 12 people standing and sitting outside main door playing very loud music, drinking, and smoking. The smell of marijuana was present. The guy working the front desk, walked in from the crowd out front to assist us The hallways smelled of Marijuana and a musty smell. Window and blind was broken. Door to room was broken. Nasty!! Toilet, sink, showers, all nasty!! And ROACHES, live roaches!! We left and was REFUSED A REFUND! The worst experience of my life with a Hotel or even motels!!!

Do not book the have nothing and they don’t do refund they have no Corperate office and they are cheap no shower curtains in room no rags no towels lazy and overall not a good place they use old photos

Oh, by the way, they don't have an ice machine and I didn't dare use the ice cube trays in the freezer. Had to go to a local gas station for a cup of ice. When you are looking to stay in Fairfield, Ohio, don't believe in the photo's presented.. Please avoid and never take children there. Called for a reimbursement and was basically told, no way.

All amenties were good, but the bed in the room could have be bit more updated.

After four days of smoking in a building it is illegal to. I told Nathan at the front desk about it. Later when my neighbor was smoking I invited him up to smell it. He told me he did, and said he would handle the situation. For the rest of the stay my neighbor smoked (3 days). Nothing was done to my neighbor illegally smoking in the building. On top of that there were many cockroaches I killed during my stay. I can’t tell people what to do, but I would not stay here in the future.

The room was disgustingly filthy, with specimens on the walls and floors, the pictures and descriptions online were nothing similar to the reality of the room. There were people doing unlawful things in plain sight. I had to leave asap. Did not spend the night and unfortunately lost my money for it.

Needless to say we chose not to stay there. I am very thankful that she had us check the place out first... I imagine she has had people chose not to stay and demand their money back before.
