Room was nice but no towels are worse rags and breakfast suck

I wrote corporate that’s how bad it was no towels etc

Our room only had 3 towels to start for 5 people and when asked for more the front desk person asked if we were going to shower that night. We ran out of paper towels and toilet paper without being replaced. Also when there were no more swimming towels the same front desk person did not have a solution. Felt like the front desk staff could have been more presentable, friendlier and helpful.

This hotel was surprisingly nice! Loved the kitchenette area and walk in shower. Good morning breakfast and nice firm mattress. Poo

Breakfast need better choices. Pastries and breads are not a good choice. Sausage is horrible

We had a good stay. Everything was clean and the staff helped when we needed some additional towels. Very friendly staff.

Make sure we have the room we booked. When we got there we needed 2 queens and we only had a king which was inconvenient and they said they were sold out to give us what we wanted

Clean, pool ran out of towels.

Breakfast food ran out before the time was up. Maybe the amount prepared should be increased especially when the hotel is fully booked.

Exceptional

We booked this hotel specifically because it had an indooor pool for our kids. The pool closed and the only reason i was given was they were “out of towels”. This made no sense and then when i ask again and suggested i could just use my own…. I was told it would be ready and open in about 30 mins bc housekeeping needed to clean up around it?? I could see inside and it was not messy. Just weird why it was closed and no one could give me a straight answer.

Checking in was difficult either the card machine didn't work or the staff member was new, I ended up locked out due to cards no working and had to get new ones, they had also forgotten my request for certain things due to dealing with chemotherapy like extra blankets a refrigerator that for sure got cold for some of my meds and of course the refrigerator in the room was not getting colder than 55 degrees. I just bought a cooler and ice, my son got locked in bedroom because someone installed the locks on the bedroom and bathroom incorrectly so bedroom locked from outside room, door to bathroom from bedroom side locked correctly but door to bathroom from main area was backwards also so he was stuck in until I came back from treatment he has autism so it overwhelmed him, but for now on I'll double check locks "who knew that would be an issue" the other issues i needed up with was a few dead bugs in bed under made bed 2 spiders and something else which was squashed so I couldn't make out what it was and I ended up killing a dime size spider myself later that night between bed and the wall mounted nightstand, and only one wash cloth was in bathroom not major but again a weird thing. Breakfast as usual was tasty the first day for this location which I've been to before but sadly the next day was the total opposite burnt tasting coffee, meat wasnt as fresh as day before and no biscuits. Staff were nice though, for reference I was in room 131.

The vibe was nice, there’s a beautiful water fall if you take the walking path in the back behind the pool The pool was nice and relaxing Breakfast was delicious The beds are comfortable Honestly nothing no complaints

My experience at this hotel was terrible. I went to check in and they could not find my reservation from Expedia. It took over an hour before the situation was sorted out in our room was given to us. When we went to our room, it wasn't the room that we booked. They then gave us a replacement room which had hair on the bedsheets, the blinds weren't working, there was empty water bottles under the bed. They then tried to give us a new room that they said was marked clean by the cleaners. That room was an absolute disaster. Bedsheets were tossed everywhere like somebody just moved out. I am awaiting my refund and I will never go back to the home too suites in springdale, Ohio.
