Horrible smell

Add also states there is breakfast provided, there is not. Add also states there is coffee and tea in the lobby all day.. there is not anything. So this stay cost me 20 extra dollars every day. 100$ refund is in order.

The knob on oven didn’t have temperature. Room gave a moist/mildew smell.

We chose this property because of the kitchen and sofa bed. Both were unusable. The sofa bed was dirty and broken. The microwave was so full of rust that it was a health hazard. The refrigerator was dirty. There were roaches in the hallway. The side door to enter the building was broken. We were very disappointed in this property.

Kulisha was the only positive experience. The room was disgusting, finger nails on the bed. The fridge had mold and filth all over. Tub and sink had dirt everywhere. I spent 2 hours cleaning the room. A worker Ivy was not nice. She told me several times that this room shoukd not have been rented to me. I made my reservation 2 weeks prior and was told I didnt have a room and that is why they put me in thus room. Everytime I spoke with Ivy she was rude. Asked for a remote for the tv and shevsaid no that I shouldnt be in this room and maintance would have to get it for me. Front door had been broken into previously and they just fixed it with a shim. Spent the last 2 days of our vacation at another hotel and had to pay $100 more a night. It was one ofbyhe worse experience I have had and the only bright spot was Kulisha.

Horrible!! Worst hotel I have been to. Dirty rugs, old food in microwave, food in kitchen drawers, trash can full and overflowing with food, refrigerator dirty. My husband had to take out the trash. Bathroom floor was sticky. We checked out within 2 hours of checking in!

Room was overall clean but somewhat rundown. The refrigerator was less clean. No extra toilet tissue provided.

They don’t take checkin after 9 or 10pm and that wasn’t very clear from the info we got. So we had no room.

It was very unpleasant, the resection was not professional at all, she behaved very badly and I know how it is rasita, the room is very dirty, as if it had been months without cleaning Asia, a very unpleasant smell, I do not recommend study 6

I ended up having to get another hotel somewhere else. We arrived after traveling all day. I just wanted to take a shower and due to “staff not ordering” there was no toiletries like soap and lotion for me to take a shower. Upon checking out I was told that the refund would be split into three separate refunds. It’s been several days and I have yet to see the refund I was promised. Staff is hard to reach by phone. When I finally got through to the front desk, the lady hung up without providing “corporate’s phone number” since she said they handle the refunds. Also, the hotel was not like its description on hotels.com. For example, breakfast was supposed to be included. When I asked about breakfast, I was told that they “used to do that, but not any more”. This was by far one of the worse experiences I’ve had.

The hotel needs a deep clean. The carpet is filthy in the lobby and the hallways. There was a food odor and I couldn’t tell if it was from the rooms or the carpet. Never ate the breakfast so can’t speak to that. The rooms weren’t very clean either and housekeeping didn’t stop by the four days we were there.

Entered my room with my dog and he immediately starting trying to go under the bed and chair and the TV stand. Looking and found dog food and a ton of dust/dirt under it. Never been moved to clean in over a year looking at the accumulation of dog food and dust, dog hair. Shame on them. And poop outside in the grass not picked up. Fee for pet should pay for a service that picks it up. You think. Seriously not cleaning of under furniture. Picture posted. Just clean the room properly, that's all. I cleaned it all up so I know it was done.
