Studio 6 Extended Stay Fairfield, OH - Cincinnati

The hallways smelled dogs barking and the side doors was left open for anyone to come in at 1am.

The room and hallways smell of mildew or mold. Walls are very thin and you can hear everything going on outside of your room. Not very peaceful.

They do not let you check in after 10pm. But they will let you make and pay for the reservation. This shouldn't be allowed. You basically stole money from me. I would like a refund. This ridiculous.

Nothing Smelled of marijuana as soon as you walked in the lobby door to check in. The facility had no elevator and the 2 rooms I booked were on the third floor, not good for the elderly people I had with me. Was given a room key to an already occupied room. Cancelled the stay and went somewhere else. I am still waiting, almost a month later, for the $70 per room incidental fees to be refunded. I have called corporate 5 different times now and was told it takes 14 days to get the refund. Now it will take an additional 5 days to receive it and it will only go to PayPal or Zelle. I was instructed to call the actual hotel first, but that number doesn’t work. Even corporate doesn’t have a working number for them. Booking did refund the amount for the rooms though.

No elevator, very dirty, smells bad when you walk in front door and in room, very old and torn up furniture, I was unable to stay at that motel because of the terrible conditions!

Romm had two areas of dog excrement on the carpet near the TV stand.

It was quiet clean friendly and convenient

Room had been smoked in cigarette left in closet rack. Stuff on back splash behind sink. Didn't have a shower curtain took a full 24hr to get one and I had to go down and get it.

Non smoking room smelled like someone had just smoked in it! Dead bugs an dust on top of the refrigerator!Food from a previous guest in the cabinet not pots pans or silverware!

Decent location, unkempt property grounds. Confition was Unclean, charged $10 cleaning fee. Dirty carpet, Dirty bed skirt,broken hangers, unhooked drapes and closet curtain, door scratches and paint dropping not vacuumed. Would not refund "Cleaning" charge. Spoke up at outset to no resolution. Pre online Bookings.com was not positive!

Never staying there again. I wanted to switch rooms because I noticed how gross my room was and the AC and fridge had mold in it. But when I got back from my event after checking in and leaving, the lobby was closed. So I ended up just leaving and not even staying.

Laid in the bed and immediately started itching. The bathroom sink water didn’t go down. Mold on the chairs. Was just awful.

They closed up at 10pm. I arrived 10:05pm with a reservation booked at 8:10pm. Called the after hours phone number on the door. They refused to come open the hotel to honor my reservation - told me to call Booking.com and get a refund. I was stranded with nowhere to stay. NO NOTE OF THIS ARRIVAL LIMITATION FROM THE PROPERTY IN BOOKING.COM. They left me stranded standing on the street at 11pm when I wanted to sleep. HORRIBLE!!!

The room smelled really bad. The bed looked clean but i had no desire to lay down on it. I left to go get some food. I ate in my car because i did not want to take food to the room. When i went back to the room, the key didnt work anymore. There is no one at the front desk to help past 9pm. I called the number posted for immediate assistance but got no answer or response. Thankfully i had all my belongings with me but i had to sleep in my car. Very bad experience and would never stay there.

The bed was hard and the housekeeper stole my daughters diamond earrings

N/A Overbooked us and we were locked inside in the main lobby. Other residents voiced their complaints while we were trapped which admittedly lifted the mood. Check-In counter was abandoned before closing time listed. Woman on the phone was snide, rude, and unhelpful. Could not articulate that room was overbooked and would get frustrated when we continued inquiring about why there was no availability despite our reservation. When promised reimbursement and an alternative stay by booking.com, we were recommended hotels across the country in other states after hours of waiting. Absolutely deplorable service from both booking.com and studio 6. Ended up paying many hundreds of dollars to find a place to stay that far exceeded the refund. Took several hours into the dead of night to find this other hotel after this whole debacle. Avoid this service.
