staff was excellent and friemdly. AM ans late PM. Breakfast was delish- sausage potatoes and english muffin.. choices of butter and peanut butter. main elevator carpet really dirty... towel rack so high, really hard to reach big towels being 5'0"

I enjoyed the way the room was decorated and furnished. Staff was polite and professional. Continental Breakfast had a plethora of delicious breakfast chosess.

Nice shower and bathroom. Room was very clean and staff was helpful and pleasant. Air conditioning was also fantastic we were able to be very comfortable on an extremely hot day. Really have no complaints at all. Our stay was very good. Staff was able to provide information about the surrounding area restraunts, we will stay at this location in the future for sure!!

Circuit breaker tripped while using hair dryer The ice machine on level 4 was not working. Reported to front desk and the young man resolved both issues immediately. Staff was great. Shout out to Rosetta in housekeeping for her excellent service.

I liked the location, plenty to do close by. The breakfast was incredible. The pool was small and normally crowded so we didn’t use it. A hot tub would be nice also.

Room was clean. Travis the night manager was very helpful and accommodating when we checked in later than expected.

We booked this hotel because it had stellar reviews and we were not disappointed. The staff was welcoming, warm, fun and helpful. The facilities were very clean and well maintained. Breakfast selections were excellent. Our room was very comfortable. The location is perfect for access to downtown events. We wish the parking lot was free but at least the $10 per night charge was minimal. We would definitely stay there again.
