Stayed there many times, very nice hotel!
-
Solid breakfast. Great oatmeal toppings!
-
Location was perfect! 10 minutes from the zoo and Newport aquarium, 30 from kings island with traffic. Great food next door, nice and friendly staff, nice size pool and good breakfast. I think the pool needed cleaned out and we never had room service as requested but was able to get extra trash bags and towels without any trouble.

Walkable to all the restaurants and stores, great stay
-
The hotel was in a very good location - close to downtown, but not in the hustle bustle of the city. Easy to get to off the exit also. The room was perfect for our family and well kept. The breakfast selections were good also. The only downside is you had to park in the adjacent parking garage across the street with an associated fee.

Valet 14$ and self-parking 10$ Quiet rooms.

Breakfast was awesome!!!

All I liked was the scenery. However the wooden area under the sink wasn't secure and it fell on my daughter leg, I notified the receptionist they stated they wasn't maintenance and the manager wasn't in, my key car wouldn't work the second night of my stay I had to get another one, if I'm ever in Cincinnati again I'll never go there

Staff at the front desk were very rude and we ultimately decided not to stay at hotel and go elsewhere

Great room layout and courteous staff especially the valet

I can’t really say 1 positive thing about this place. Very unprofessional. The rooms were dirty, my daughter found a bug on her pillow, the door did not lock correctly, I was charged an extra $50 so I paid over $400 for a room that was disgusting. The pool only goes up to 4 feet, the breakfast was decent though.

Valet parking Floor in the room wasn’t clean. My husband had dust bunnies on his feet.
