Red Roof Inn Cincinnati Northeast - Blue Ash

The room was dirty. My lights in the room didn't work. Asked if they could switch me rooms he said he would have someone come up to check it out nobody showed up. Asked for a discount and that didn't happen either. Very unacceptable.

Location Looks nothing like the pictures. Half the lights didn't work. Hair dryer was missing and that outlet didn't work. No phone no lamp TV remote didn't work. Had to go get pillows. Cigarette burns in everything including the curtains. Guy was never in the office even when I got there to check in. Had to wait on him just to check in then when I went to get pillows and another remote.

Nothing There were bullet holes in the doors. Burnt holes in the bedding. Place smelt so bad. We left and didn't stay at all. They refused to give our money back.

No deposit Staff are friendly but not helpful at all Had the housekeeping come into my on more than one occasion come into my room without permission Also they have roaches

Surly staff extremely unclean and run down room with cockroaches we did not stay the night

Convenient pets allowed Air didn't work

The only good thing about this place is there is no deposit other than that poor poor

It was cheap Smelled like animal urine.. all the baseboards were busting off, especially in the bathroom from obvious water damage and wall swelling. Tub caulk has spotted mold, mold in the gap around the inside of the toilet, mold on the window air unit vents.. flooring planks were separated and swelling from moisture along the walls. Beds were tiny and uncomfortable. Tub constantly dripped and had unsightly staining. Room 114

and everything looks like crap

Toilet was leaking. Other tenants were making a lot of noise through the night price

This was dirtiest hotel I ever stayed at nasty the bed had a breaken part on frame sticking out hit my foot on been sore and swollen and black and blue 4 days now if I didn't pre pay on booking. Com I would have not stayed there it was none refundable everything was broken lights not working tv remote working sometimes mildew in shower Everything about it was the worst I ever stayed in

It was is easy to check in. Room was dirty with crumbs on the beds and dirt in the corners of the room. The room smelled like cigarettes and there were burn holes in the blankets. No ice bucket but the ice machine didnt work either. There was no remote for the tv. The lights flickered. There was graffiti on the walls outside. There was a hole in the wall from the door handle and dead bugs on the floor and in the lights.

Location I decided to not even stay. I walked into my room, the floors were sticky and the A/C was draining on the floor and not even cooling the room.

It was in a nice city/area We had to be relocated because the first room was super dirty, crumbs all over bed, nothing was wiped down, dirty toilet and shower. in the next room we had no fridge and mold on the walls. very dirty and not safe

Bugs, smelled like smoke, cigarette burn holes in the sheets, the bathroom door was broken off and the ac unit was very loud.

How quick check-in was. Sheets had cigarette burns. Multiple spots we found strands of hair amongst the bed and the shower.
