Room had no refrigerator, Smelled terrible, mattress and box spring cover were torn and hanging on floor, no coffee maker, 1 bar of soap for sink and shower as well as no shampoo or body wash.

I would give 0 but I can’t! This place refused to let me bring my service dog! I have 1 dog that is service other was and therefore is a pet. They allow 1 pet but refused to let me bring my service dog or pet!! Yep! Didn’t anyone tell them in this country that’s illegal????
