Our stay was interesting. We were greeted with a smile and explained the check-in process. The incidental deposit is extremely high for some reason. The room we reserved was a loft. It was nicely situated. Now...we never got the TVs to work. There was SEVERAL other issues that were addressed by maintenance. In fairness, I did receive a message from the owner stating "they are in a renovation phrase". Now....please make other arrangements for breakfast because you will be disappointed.

Amenities and staff was great.

Room was super nice and cold. Having solid A/C was amazing in the heat. The unit set up in the double suite was sick. Staff were nice and the property was quiet. Definitely would go back!

I didn’t get to check into this property, I called to confirm with the property because I received an email stating that they were under construction only to find out that there was an issue with online booking, they told me even though I had a reservation with them that they did not have any rooms available for rent. That they were canceling reservation. Same as above

I was visiting from columbus ohio. I really enjoyed my stay. My room was very clean. Staff was very nice, and they are pet friendly. Definitely five stars across the board.
-
The room was great The pool wasn't working and that was main reason I picked this location.

Room was ok, carpet going up stairs was filthy looking. People smoking pot next to us & smelled it in our room. Desk person did nothing about it.
-
The property itself was well kept and the room was clean and fresh and properly equipped for my overnight stay. The TV is in an odd spot and can’t watch it from the bed.
-
The amount of space combined with the thoughtfulness of the layout of the rooms, the updated electronics and comfortable beds definitely outshined my expectations for the stay. It’s rare to find a place that feels like home when you have to be away.
-
Everything was good, just need a little upgrade, the and breakfast wasn’t available, and didn’t have certain appliances, that I needed, overall it was great stay.
-
I like the location to where I had to travel too I didn't like that the room had bed bugs, the sheets was dirty and the carpet had red juice stains, it had Nets flying all over the room , the manager at the property yelled at me once I asked for my money back
-
My room was dirty had to get 3 different rooms because The trash can sitting outside the door with no lid, couch was very dirty.A bedbug bit my grandson.

The property is actually a old apartment complex being renovated to hotel rooms. The carpet was disgusting and covered in stains. The bathtub was old, and stained. The pull out couch was unusable. It was a 3 inch stained mattress on a broken frame that couldn’t sit even. When laid on the mattress fell through the frame. We had to use our own air mattress. The bathroom door wouldn’t shut. There was stains all over the blinds. And bad patch work on the walls. The staff were very short with one answer reply’s and no explanation to my questions. Read the fine print on bookings o wasn’t prepared to have a hold deposit on my card for 5-7 days to stay in a hotel that was in such disarray it didn’t even accommodate us all.

I originally gave a review that mentioned having multiple bodily fluids on the pullout couch. They replaced it with one with mold on the bottom. Speaking with some of the employees that worked there, I confirmed my suspicions. The owner isn't spending money on the important things. To be fair to them, his price is too low and attracts people that come in and steal property or damage property. This drives his costs up. First thing that must be done is developing a standard for cleaning staff and creating the rooms. This is an Extended Stay property. So, checkouts should catch the deep cleans. There should be someone inspecting behind the cleaning crew. Once a week, these carpets need to be steamed. Invest in a dehumidifier. You're rooms in the back corner of the property smell like mold. I didn't appreciate the absence of breakfast on weekdays. All of these problems are fixable. You need to invest up front. For short term guests, raise your price. For longterm guests show them the love but the cleanings of the rooms should include a weekly inspection of the room. I really think this property has greatest potential. The wrong management can ruin anything.

I liked the idea of a full kitchen for extra space. The cleanliness was horrible. There was blood splatter on the ceilings and walls.

Very quiet and comfortable. Had all the dishes we needed except a cookie sheet or some kind of pan to put in oven. Very nice place. Felt like an apartment The only thing I didn't like was the fact that we could not stay on the weekend. Had to pack up and leave for the weekend and then came back, for another week Sunday night.

Refrigerator and toilet need replaced

The couch in our unit was filthy. Two of 3 televisions did not work. I requested to be neighbors with my traveling group. We were told we were neighbors yet, we were across the street in another building. It's sad because this place used to be really nice back in 2017.
