No house keeping optios available if less than 7 days. Mediocore Breakfast only avail on weekends. Found several roaches in the room

At the front desk, Jennifer welcomed us with great professional courtesy. Check-in went smoothly. I choose this hotel because the 2 BR suite could accommodate my family (5 adults, 1 child). This allowed us to stay together without booking 2 separate rooms. When we had issues with our 1st room, we were able to switch with no problem. Our 1st room had not been cleaned well. Dirty kitchen counter, fingerprints on the doors, rings around the waterline in the toilet, etc. The upholstery and carpets needed to be cleaned and or replaced. The pet dander triggered my allergies and there were fleas in the 2nd floor bathroom tub. Being a pet friendly hotel wasn't my issue as much as that requires more thorough cleaning when they leave. My mom has mobility issues and unfortunately, having to switch rooms required us to pack up and move after our 1st night. It was disappointing that the 2BR suites were all on the upper levels and required climbing stairs without any alternatives. After an 8.5hr ride from Southeastern Pennsylvania, I had expected better accommodations for our weekend stay. This location is in desperate need of renovations.

Okay I am a regular customer here and this time I was not pleased nor happy with my stay. I had room 514 first walking onto the property however the key card did not work. I asked if there was anything they could do to fix it. Maintenance came the next morning which was Saturday September 26th 2026. I was out all day and came back to a locked door. The receptionist that was there that day was a little rude due to myself being upset about the room door. She eventually changed my room however I just was not pleased with this stay this time. I hope next time it is better.

Double units direct access to parking traveling with luggage and groceries to the Double units then up the stairs is a bit much for older couples and family. My double units was so far from the parking with luggage and grocery then upstairs was a bit much seeing I'm older

Shampoo dispenser totally empty. Property is obviously for longer stay or temporary housing. Clientele scary in parking lot with their loud noises and marijuana use. No internet or cell phone usage. Television ROKU and totally useless. Young lady at desk on Fri pm couldn’t have cared less & poor representative. Looks like property trying to become less of an apt complex rental entity & more for real short stay even though their sign now says ES. Online site on Trivago misleading.

Conveniently located near the convention center and near highways The property could use some freshening up-new carpet, etc. the TVs are overly complicated to operate, if they work at all. the breakfast offered was a little sparse. Not available on Monday at all.

Aside from the woman behind the desk friday morning, this was some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered at a hotel while traveling. As we know, travel plans change. I had pre paid for a 2 room stay a few months back. At the last minute, I ended up having to come to town early. I called and called, no answers. I finally just got online and booked another stay for that night. I finally got in after 1 am. The man behind the desk was very rude about my having "two reservations", got very snotty with me for "not calling first" (I offered to show him my call log from while I was on the road...). He reprimanded me for using a "third party website" to book. And then informed me that A, i would have to switch rooms BEFORE 11 am the next morning. He would not combine the reservations so I could stay in the same room all 3 days. And the kicker? I had to pay a $250 incidental fee that night. And then ANOTHER one the next morning. So $500 in incidental for 3 days at a crappy hotel in Cincinatti. The next morning, instead of RESTING, I dragged myself to tge office where a very nice lady did in fact combine the reservation,,said I didnt have to move or pay another deposit. Great! Except last night, I decided to stay one more night. I am in poor health, I am disabled. I tried to call last night, was told to call back this morning. OK. Weird. Called this morning, was met with asolutely NO sympathy. Mind you, im not trying to get anything for free. I'm offering to pay for another night. I was told that in order to stay another night, I would need to make another reservation. OK? Can I make a reservation? The answer was yes, but, I'd have to pay ANOTHER $250 incidental fee on top of the one I just paid 2 nights ago. And otherwise, the checkout is exactly 11 am, no late check out, none. They werent fully booked. I checked online. I suggest to the new owner to adjust these policies or this business will not succeed. Also. Where was the breakfast that was advertised?

i liked the location and the amount of room i had carpet was incredibly dirty, toilet did not want to flush (had to hold lever down for almost 30 seconds, and even then it was hit or miss), fridge seemed to lose its seal on the door and then upon further investigation we realized the seal was being held together by a sticky maintenance substance to keep the door shut without actually fixing the door, there were gnats EVERYWHERE that we think they were coming from the drain, plus theres a large cricket that lives under the floor in the bathroom that would scream/chirp all night long.

In a previous review I've mentioned value, access to interstates and groceries/restaurants/fastfood, This stay I alerted them to two maintenance issues, a jammed garbage disposal and a leaky shower head. Both fixed the same day.
