Studio Lodge Springdale Cincinnati

To start, I called early the day of my arrival to make sure i could check in past 8 pm and, they said the someone on call would be able to check me in. Great! I got there around 8:30 pm. After repeatedly calling the number provided for over an hour someone came to help me like I was bothering them. I got into the room after 10pm. As soon as I walked into the room I saw 2 roaches hanging out by the trashcan, the electric stove wasn't working so I moved the fridge to check if it was plugged in and more roaches came out from the back of the fridge. The bathroom was dirty. The toilet had blood stain and the bathtub looked like they put new caulk on top of the old one a few times. I hope they used bleach to clean that bathtub at least. I complained about the roaches and they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about. I lady came over the room to remove the roaches and she also noticed the room and the bathroom weren't very clean. The mattress it was very old and dirty. I was told the another room was going to be available the next day in case I wanted to change room I settled for a new mattress that never came. When I asked to the lady at the front desks she told me that they didn't have anymore new mattresses and that the one they had they put it in a different room. The place smelled and what ypu get it's nothing like the picture you see. People are living in this place. Even the school bus stops there to pick up kids and drop them off. Worst staying ever

The staff is friendly and helpful. The place was nice and clean and the bed is extremely comfortable. Its in a great location. The only 2 problems I had were that the parking lot fills up fast on the weekend and its hard 2 find a place 2 park.Also the stove in the room takes a special pan 2 make it work and its not provided with the room. N I have been on line trying 2 find 1 but they r super pricey. But besides that everything is great

The people are awesome, with a staff that works with you and really makes you feel at home. I cannot say I didn't like anything but the bathroom. But they are renovating the rooms so I can't wait to go back and see.

Disappointing

Staff were great, check-in process was very easy. Rooms were very clean and we slept GREAT. Everything about the hotel felt very clean and fresh and I especially love the look of the rooms.

Nothing 1st room they tried to put us in the TV was upside down, 2nd room had no working toilet 3rd room had roaches. When we couldn't take it no more we left after 1 night and checked out and didn't get any refund when we paid for 5 days

Not a place I’d ever recommend. Luckily they double booked our room and we had to leave.

I didn’t really have a bad experience But it was not a clean place I had to go buy my own bedding the pillows were so so dirty I refused to sleep on them I was afraid they had 2 or 3 pit bull dogs staying in rooms I just had to make the most of it I had just moved and my apartment wasn’t ready yet never again they should have paid me I kept it cleaner than them
