LivINN Hotel Cincinnati / Sharonville Convention Center

Had a great stay during the Cincy Open. Loved the saltwater pool and how quiet it was in my room. Couldn’t hear my neighbors

It’s a clean hotel with a good breakfast. It’s in a great location. We stay here every year when we come and watch tennis .

Saw good recent reviews and decided to check out this place. I must say I had higher expectations. The room smelled musty when we got there, all the decor looked aged. Smell got better after we ran the fan nonstop for a day. The buffet breakfast was great, probably the best we had for a while. I’d say the lobby and dining area and the staff are great. But the room was disappointing.

Like the stay, comfortable beds, friendly staff, good breakfast. I just wish smoking weed wasn’t allowed.

When we checked out I noticed I left some item in the room when I went back to young lady said it was nothing left

This is the third year we have stayed in this hotel for a VOA Concert that last four days. We love this hotel. It is very clean and breakfast is always a hit. The pool is amazing and the staff excellent. We will continue to stay every year and when ever I need to for other events in the area.

Good location

Extremely disappointing experience. The room was very dirty, with murky bathtub water, a damp bed, heavy dust buildup in the AC unit, soot throughout the carpet, and an overall unclean bathroom. We had two young children with us and did not feel the room was safe or appropriate to stay in. We immediately reported the issues to the front desk, but were told there was no other room available. We ultimately had to leave and are still working with Expedia and the property regarding a refund. The GM is very avoided with no response electronically or returned phone call. The front desk receptionist either Alexis or Ivy hung up on me after laughing at me. Very poor experience and customer service.

Staff was very nice. Rooms were clean.

The room was comfortable, the shower was easy to use, breakfast is a pleasure with eggs and sausage. We have stayed multiple times for several days, and parking is easy.å, and the internet functions well. Fresh fruit at breakfast would be a plus.

From check in to check out there was always someone at the front desk. Along with a nice variety of snacks and personal care items for purchase. Breakfast was enjoyable and probably best pancakes for hotel. Bonus the pancake maker was interesting with the touch of bottom and 1 min later on your plate. The pool area was an awesome experience (indoor). 2 large garage doors open and they expose 2 fire pits with lounge seating. Also helps the pool has floor to ceiling windows making the wall a nice view. Very peaceful and takes the anxiety of the day away. For the money spent and the money saved great experience all worth it to me.

Breakfast was good. Not many eating places in the area, but close to Rosewood to find restaurants.

We enjoyed our overnight stay here. Great location not far off I-75 north of Cincinnati. Free parking. Reasonable rates. Attractive lobby. Clean well-lit hallways. Nice room. Spacious and comfortable.
