Nice hot breakfast

Not great for a relaxing get away.

The hotel.was clean, our room was well cleaned. Would stay there again and recommend them. I like how the have pool and fireplace hours for kids and for adults.

This hotel’s value was unbelievable. Breakfast was superior to other places I’ve stayed that cost 50% more, and the staff was very kind and friendly. The room and the whole facility were very clean and well-maintained. I was expecting a budget hotel experience, but I was surprised in the best possible way.

Checked in late and staff was very kind. Room was spacious. Shower was a little difficult to operate but was able to get it figured out, knob was loose so it was either freezing or burning hot until we got it figured out. Tv remote didnt work with channel up/down but we were not there long so it wasn’t an issue. Could input channels.

Breakfast was terrible, and soap was very strong almost like lye and also you could update your usb plugins. Staff was great and helpful and room was clean.

Otherwise everything was good.

Meanwhile, one other couple arrived to check in and were told the same thing. They sit near us to wait. 10-15min later, our desk lady stops on her way home to specifically tell us that her shift is over, her replacement is checking on rooms and will call us over first to get our room. The couple next to us were at the desk at that time with the new receptionist and were asked to give them another 10-15min for rooms to be ready. By now a line was forming with 3 more people/couples in it. We waited until the new receptionist called the couple next to us (???) to get their room. They kindly informed the desk rep that we were waiting longer and a few minutes later we were able to get our room...about 20min after check in time. NOT a great way to start the stay. The room was clean, but smelled a bit off when first entering (chemical). The staff was VERY pleasant. In the end - 3 issues: why is housekeeping in ANY meeting while rooms aren't clean for check-in? Why is there only one receptionist at check-in time? There can easily be a 30min overlap. Why isn't there more interaction between the front desk and housekeeping? All fixable

The front desk staff are amazing. They are both helpful and friendly. Housekeeping is terrible. We asked twice for our room to be cleaned. It was done once during a ten day stay. The cleaning was minimal when done. Sheet left behind from a bed change, only vacuumed by the door. We had to request towels and toilet paper from the front desk.

Room was clean - bed wasn’t the comfiest, water pressure pretty slow. We also weren’t able to connect our Roku to the TV due to the HDMI ports being inaccessible. Would return, as the place did the job for the purpose of our stay.

I had a two days stay and everything was nice and clean, and the hotel staff was absolutely accommodating in every aspect definitely will stay again!

My room had hair on the toilet seat on the towels and hair in the bath tub .

Nice helpful staff. From front desk to the women cleaning the rooms. Pillows were hard. Everything else was great.

Great location To much noise, kids up and down the hallway all night loud, A lot of drunk people in the pool area to many playful kids in the pool area
