Delta Hotels by Marriott Cincinnati Sharonville

The place looks a bit run down outside, but was clean as far as I could tell (room/lobby).. we didn’t go to the restaurant or use the pool or fitness room

I walking up to our room in 1210 and could hear the shower running in the hallway, that’s a little nerve racking with daughters. I know doors are secure but you just never know

The place is nice, however staff is a bit snotty and we almost got charged twice for two rooms because the young woman at the front desk, however she was kinda nice and I could tell really didn’t want to deal or like to deal with people much at all. No eye contact and really seems like she didn’t know her job well. Decent, I feel the pillows need to be checked / replaced or cleaned/ washed/ replaced. Had funny smell.

I don’t know why they gave me a handicap room when I paid for a regular king room? Very dissatisfied! This is my 4th and final time staying here. The previous 3 were good. Just lost a customer.

Excellent service from the get-go. A large Indian wedding ( we were there for the pre- wedding activities and it was gorgeous) had us worried about possible noise. Noelle at the desk provided reassurances and said to call her if we had noise issues. We did not ( the bride and groom looked stunning as the photographer arranged some outdoor photos) but we appreciated Noella’s offer of assistance. Equally, we received VIP treatment ( we are clearly not)in the room the night we arrived and for the next morning’s breakfast. Special acknowledgement goes to Aaron who served us for breakfast in the morning. Attentive and helpful he made sure to drop to our table to make sure we were fine, though he and his colleagues were very busy with a full room. I name Noelle and Aaron so you can recognize them in some way. No criticisms.

Nice room

Room was clean and staff were very nice.

There were ants in the room.

Ice machine difficult to use, was told price did not include breakfast however when we booked the hotel it was noted as including complimentary breakfast.
