Wonderful hotel, clean quiet we really enjoyed our stay.

Maybe at complimentary water or breakfast!

There's an Indian male manager who says your paying $100 for incidentals but HE DOESN'T REFUND YOUR MONEY. When you try to call the hotel you CANNOT get through to a real person. DO NOT patronize the Delta hotel in Sharonville Ohio.

Exceptional

bed was comfortable the floor behind the sliding bathroom door was filthy. We told the person on duty at the desk and he said he would send someone from housekeeping and noone ever showed up. The floor was also dirty because the bottoms of our socks were dirty from walking around the room. The people at the desk were also not the friendliest hotel personnel I have encountered.

Beds were comfy. Check in services were exceptional. (Super friendly and helpful!) Location is great for travelling. Within walking distance of an adorable brew pub.

Everything was perfect the staff at the restaurant was amazing. I will be back

Nice accommodations overall and esthetic Not all of the plugs didnt work in the room, light didnt work, coffees machine had no coffee, frig wouldnt get cold, view was trash, the idea you can't enter except the lobby and have to walk ridiculously far to enter thr building is crazy

Clean Room was small but still nice

Wish there was a microwave available. If not in the rooms, at least in the pantry in the lobby.

Staff was very friendly. Great place to have dinner on the patio and gather. Very quiet. The room was great had balcony.

Bed was very comfortable.

Parking is a challenge.

I really like the inside of the property well kept and clean. The rooms are nice and I enjoyed my stay. I also really like the ability to charge my Tesla on site. However, my last night there, there were people parked in the charging slots that were not charging or had an electric vehicle. Maybe they can come up with a policy posted outside to prevent that from happing. I would also just suggest they keep the outside area a little more clean, like where the trash goes because it’s viable where customers have to park.

Fire alarm went off during the night but could not hear it, it was only in the stairwell and not in the rooms or hallways. Only way I heard it was because I woke up to go to restroom. It had been going off for approximately 10-15 minutes from what I was told once I got downstairs. Had a friend on 5th floor where I was on 7th floor n he never knew about it. No staff came to check on rooms to make sure people were ok or anything.

There's absolutely nothing to dislike about this hotel. I did feel attack when I pulled up at the front entrance being questioned if I was staying there & I had 10 mins. I get the reason there was parties going on. Just wish they wouldn't rush up on you.
