Very good

Excellent service from the get-go. A large Indian wedding ( we were there for the pre- wedding activities and it was gorgeous) had us worried about possible noise. Noelle at the desk provided reassurances and said to call her if we had noise issues. We did not ( the bride and groom looked stunning as the photographer arranged some outdoor photos) but we appreciated Noella’s offer of assistance. Equally, we received VIP treatment ( we are clearly not)in the room the night we arrived and for the next morning’s breakfast. Special acknowledgement goes to Aaron who served us for breakfast in the morning. Attentive and helpful he made sure to drop to our table to make sure we were fine, though he and his colleagues were very busy with a full room. I name Noelle and Aaron so you can recognize them in some way. No criticisms.

Nice room

Room was clean and staff were very nice.

There were ants in the room.

Ice machine difficult to use, was told price did not include breakfast however when we booked the hotel it was noted as including complimentary breakfast.

Clean Over Charged me and still waiting 2 weeks later for refund

Pillows could have been fluffier

There's an Indian male manager who says your paying $100 for incidentals but HE DOESN'T REFUND YOUR MONEY. When you try to call the hotel you CANNOT get through to a real person. DO NOT patronize the Delta hotel in Sharonville Ohio.

Exceptional

bed was comfortable the floor behind the sliding bathroom door was filthy. We told the person on duty at the desk and he said he would send someone from housekeeping and noone ever showed up. The floor was also dirty because the bottoms of our socks were dirty from walking around the room. The people at the desk were also not the friendliest hotel personnel I have encountered.

Beds were comfy. Check in services were exceptional. (Super friendly and helpful!) Location is great for travelling. Within walking distance of an adorable brew pub.

Everything was perfect the staff at the restaurant was amazing. I will be back

Clean Room was small but still nice

Nice accommodations overall and esthetic Not all of the plugs didnt work in the room, light didnt work, coffees machine had no coffee, frig wouldnt get cold, view was trash, the idea you can't enter except the lobby and have to walk ridiculously far to enter thr building is crazy

Wish there was a microwave available. If not in the rooms, at least in the pantry in the lobby.
