I usually don't complain, Eggo waffles were like leather. this needs to be addressed with the breakfast crew definitely needs major improvement.

Everything was great. Clean rooms. Breakfast was great.

Hotel and rooms are very well maintained and clean. Overall a nice place to stay with the family.

Great breakfast with a lot of options daily and lots of seating. Clean, spacious rooms and bathrooms.

I arrived late and left early but the accommodations were modern clean and comfortable! Stamp was helpful and speedy get me checked in after midnight.

Hotel was excellent but staff not so people friendly but still worth staying for weekend trip to zoo and kings island. Breakfast was good few options but runs out of fruit quick. Always find something to complain about but id definitely stay again. Rooms are spacious!

Best working A/C I ever had. The gym was nice along with the staff. The only issue I had was a cracked sink. But overall I would definitely stay again.

Staff are not helpful and the money they took my card supposed to return within five business days but still haven’t got it back.

Couch in room was torn, hole in ceiling pool was closed and hard to speak with guest services as often no one was at the desk

The hotel itself was really nice. One outlet didn’t work by the bed and there was some used napkins under the mattress. The Internet and tv were useful and easy to use. The beds and pillows were comfortable and we didn’t have any issues with sleeping due to sounds or other people. There was a flickering light in the bathroom.. not sure if it was ghost or just needs a new light bulb. Vibes didn’t feel off. The parking for the hotel was always full and very hard to find a spot that wasn’t taken by the hotel or the convention guests. The doors from the hotel to the convention center were locked meaning you had to exit the hotel and walk around to the convention center. It wasn’t bad but with limited parking, people were driving like idiots and my son with special needs couldn’t get a handicap spot near the convention doors. I’d stay again.

Only 1 washer and 1 dryer for the entire hotel. The breakfast is probably one of the worst hotel breakfasts I’ve seen. But the rooms are big, beds are comfortable, and pretty clean except the showers are a little eh.

Place was nice and clean but I was supposed to have two queen beds and they gave me one king. One of us slept on the couch.

Nice, clean and quiet!!

We reserved a room with 2 beds but that was not available so we were given a very nice, clean room with a sofa bed, however there were no linens/pillows for that bed.. called front desk to request linens and was told there were none. We managed by taking the bedding from the 1 bed to use for the sofa. A cover and pillows howeverthere was no sheet.
