Besides not having a microwave in the room and having a room key card issue this property was great. The options for a gluten-free breakfast was fruit. I would stay here again.

The room is a typical Hyatt Place room plan. Everything is sharp and functional with safe, refrigerator, and separate area with a sofa. Breakfast is also offered and the service was great.

Our (3) night stay was great with the exception of the trash up under both queen beds! Housekeeping needs to pay attention to detail when cleaning the rooms. The front desk staff (Katie, Praise, Chris & Burt) were exceptionally helpful during our stay. Also, Ms. Sherrie was very helpful and took care of my Mother during her complementary breakfast.

Rooms were very pretty. One of our rooms had the main lamp bulbs out, and though we asked 3 times it never got fixed in the 3 days we were there. Breakfast was pretty good.
