Hotel was clean. There was an issue with the keys not working. Front desk staff was supposed to let you into your room. However the front desk told us to just go find housekeeping. So everytime we needed back in our room we had to go find someone in housekeeping. Not convenient at all

Room was clean and spacious. There was a lot of traffic noise all night long, being to close to the expressway. Restaurants nearby are decent, nothing special.

Silent air conditioner was a huge plus……. I’m a light sleeper. The shower needs non slip surface ….. I almost slipped..! And ….. zero shower pressure……!

There is no closet space in the rooms, had to hang clothes on large wall hardware, which made room feel less spacious. Also, need to offer both turkey and pork sausage for breakfast, as pork is not tolerated by everyone.

As unfortunately what seems to be the trend - this hotel overbooked and didn’t have the room I requested when I arrived.

I was there for a conference, and the location was extremely convenient to the Sharonville Convention Center !! Lots of great restaurants nearby, both local eats and chain restaurants. I would definitely stay here again !!

I showed up for check in and they told me my room was canceled. They Would not tell me who or why it was canceled. I asked if they had any rooms available and they said no. Staff did not give any info besides it was canceled.

Good facilities in reasonable price Breakfast options are limited.

A lot of traffic noise reaches the room because it's close to the highway; I couldn't sleep at night.

Loved the atmosphere and the facilities. Our room didn't really have a closet. It was just a part of the room dedicated with a bar to slap clothes on in the open. Was a tad bummed about that.

The staff was not there to accommodate your needs and there was no around when you needed them.

We stayed two nights for our trip to Kings Island. We were so pleased with this property! Lovely and modern hotel, very clean! Excellent stay from beginning to end. Will def stay again when we visit next year.
