Very good

This property is dated and unkempt. I usually never give negative reviews but don’t want to see others make the same mistake I did. This hotel seems to be only suitable for people who are down on their luck and maybe willing to look the other way when sanitary conditions have deteriorated.

Nice room Dirty parking lot

Everything was great! But i had to talk to a man inside of a machine.🤔 what happened to face to face? It would have been better to have staff there!

The elevator rumbles hard and makes a very loud mechanical noise which is quite startling. The tv didn’t work. The shampoo was empty. THE CURTAINS DO NOT SHUT! VERY bright parking lot lights make it hard to sleep.

Housekeeping knocked on the door at 9:20 am when we had another night and then called and opened the door after I had gotten a late check out. Not a very good experience and we will never come back

The mattress was comfortable and the staff was nice. My blankets weren’t clean. One of the beds had a stained up blanket. It smelled kind of like urine in the hallway leading into the room.

This location never disappoints. Don’t hesitate! We always stay here when we are in the area. It’s always clean and smells good. Pool was open. Only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the check in with a kiosk, call me old school but I think it best to be welcomed by someone in person.

Virtual check in was different. Hotel very warm. Bathroom need more cleaning.

Indoor pool Cleanliness was lacking

The pool area There was barely any direct contact with staff and when staff was met they were not polite the bathroom tub was stained the towels had hair in them and makeup on them there was dried blood all over the walls in my room

Room was dirty, Had to have them change bed sheets, soiled and gross. Bug in bathroom - Have stayed here many times through the years. Has really gone down hill. With the room being so dirty, never even thought about trying breakfast.

Quiet When we opened the refrigerator there was a package of fish that was never cleaned out. The pool area was dirty. The walls in the third floor hallway by the elevator looked like something had blown up in front of them and hasnt been cleaned. The toaster didn't work for the breakfast area and they left it out.

The Ac leaked water onto the carpet. Also the refrigerator didn't seal so it also put water on the carpet. Battery was missing from the fire alarm. Chips in the paint on the walls. Hair dryer didn't work. Also the charged more out of my account then the receipt said. Also my deposit for the reservation was gone but they had my card numbers. I'll never go there again.. Also told the members 747 about this situation. VERY SAD PLACE.....

Good price, safe area, friendly staff, quite clean. OK breakfast. Good air conditioning.
