Red Roof Inn Cincinnati - Sharonville

They advertised the room with a fridge and microwave but there isn't a microwave. When we asked he just kinda shrugged. I wouldn't suggest staying here. The place looks pretty sketchy. There are roaches that ride in the elevator with you on the wall. Save your money go to a nicer place.

disgusting top to bottom, how do people think its okay to sleep with roaches, somehow there was a sticky puddle the roaches fed from that was not water

I only liked the customer service at the front desk but what I dislike is that they did not disclose the fact that they have ROACHES!!!!! They have ROACHES BAD!!! And at this particular location you can tell rooms were being rented out for living purposes and prostitution. We checked in, check the room and immediately CHECKED OUT! Me and my family were not staying there!

I had a confirmation for a king bed when we arrived they said they did not have one for us. That I needed to take that up with Expedia. They had two doubles went to the room as we got off the elevator there was dried dog poop on the ground. In the room the chair had peeling vinyl all over it there was a burn hole in the bedspread and the sheets had big yellow stains all over them. The beds were springs very uncomfortable and squeezed really loud. We got a refund and left

The friendly staff My first site was a scary looking building and drug addicts walking around the place, I'm disabled so I was on the third floor but they did have a elevator, but I was scared to get on or off , I was tired from an 8 hr drive, there was people opening and slamming doors all night.. My sheets were stained and my toilet took awhile to flush, no pressure in shower, I won't tell No one about this place...

There was nothing i liked about this stay the room was nasty, bed sheets and comforter was stained, bed was uncomfortable, snot on the wall, poop on the bathroom wall, tub was ready to break , water spout in tub was lose from wall, a/c had a horrible odor

The location and room was okay. I am missing two damage deposits because the man upfront told me someone made a mistake upfront while checking me in or out. So I will not be getting TWO damage deposits. Instead, he's saying they were used on a "room fee" which I've always paid my room weekly. This was NEVER discussed. He literally said that's what they used it for. I am out of money and they just seem to want to rip every penny from you including the DAMAGE deposit. Mind you, I stayed for one month. Cleaned and sanitized the room as if I owned it. Left it very clean. Little to nothing to do but the normal clean. RESPECT would have been great. I am so upset.
