The facility is very well used and could use some TLC. One elevator was not operating and the one that was operational was filthy and loud. The room was acceptable, but again, well used. Air unit was loud and not quite set in place. Breakfast was set up and not too bad, it just had that feel of not quite well kept/ clean. glad it was just an overnight stay. The building was not clean and felt dirty. The carpet has stains everywhere, walls are a dingy, and lighting is low. The feel of the building was like it was on its last leg. I guess when a "great" deal pops up on the discount sites, they are discounted for a reason.

Staff was great Bed was hard and the shower curtain was stained and yellow.

The room was spacious. The breakfast was excellent. I didn't try the pool or exercise room. The hotel had a semi-worn vibe to it. There are several restaurants nearby and an old fashion arcade place next to the hotel.

It served its purpose.

I like the rooms. And it was close to restaurants. Well the pool had been closed for a while and that's one of the reasons I rented the rooms their was for my grandkids but no one told me the pool were being redone when I booked it.

Nothing we had to switch rooms 3 times The beds were nasty the toilets didn’t work the air conditioning wasn’t working in the last room we the second room we were put in smelled so bad we called for air fresheners we were givin blunt spray were put in it wasn’t till the next morning they came and got the air conditioning to work it to work a little bit the hallways were humid the elevators were hot we got there that evening at 9pm we didn’t finally get settled until 130 in the morning the ice machines didn’t work only on the first floor we were on the 4 th floor we well never stay at another baymont again

Beds were comfortable and it smelled clean No pool

I had to get another room because the first room was dirty with old food and smelled like cigarettes. You couldn’t even bring your food up to your room. Waste of money

Location was great! Elevator got stuck, they requested no one called 911

I thought the staff were being nice, until they turned when I asked for a refund. The first room had visible mold around the ceiling, the second room was leaking water above the bed, it was soaked. They offered us the suite, when we got to the room it still hadn't been cleaned! Deplorable, simply deplorable.

The location to the sharonsville convention center Checked In . Hallways smelled of bug spray and over heating dryers. When in the roo..upon checking the bee we found bedbugs remains and themselves on the corner of the bed . We immediately went to the front desk , they said no other king rooms available. I looked at the wife and asked for a refund and headed back home which was a 2 hour drive north .
