The hotel is out of date and in poor repair. The smell was bad and the tile floors were sticky. The ice machine was leaking water onto the floor. Exiting the elevators to the second floor the hallway trash can was overflowing onto floor. In the room the decor was similarly outdated. The bath room had a motion sensor light and would turn on while sitting on the bed and sensing my motion, but only stays on for about 2 minutes which only became a problem while showering and being plunged into complete darkness while in the shower because it didn’t sense my motion with the shower curtain closed. I would have to reach out of the shower and wave my arm to get 2 more minutes of light and then repeat until my shower was finished. I booked for 2 night but checked out early on day 2 because I would rather lose the money and make the long drive home than stay a second night. As for positives, the air conditioning was adequate and the free breakfast was adequate for the low price of the hotel. The staff was the real positive and after finding out that 3 to 4 people had all been booked under a single name were able to sort it out and get my room to me quickly. They were friendly and understanding when I told them that I would be checking out early. Also I don’t know if this is a normal circumstance there but the seemingly homeless couple that was camped out by the front door was disconcerting and I choose to use the side entrance after getting my room key.

Overflowing garbage can and big box of garbage on the 2nd floor was there when I checked in at 3pm, still there the next morning, entire 2nd floor smelled of garbage. Automatic lights in bathroom come on as soon as you step out of bed on other side of wall but go off while in shower leaving room pitch dark, elevators seem either very old or in need of repairs,. Very rough

The hotel was gross. I had to ask them to change the garbages after being there 3 nights and it took 2 other reminders to actually do it. Pretty shady and gross experience

Room was clean, the beds were not to bad. The TV was a little small. I wasn't a fan of the breakfast, but it was good and free.
-
Room dirty, plaster falling off I places. Arm chair and foot stool were disgustingly dirty
-
it was a leak water was coming on the floor through carpet. The back of toilet had a crack which was supposed to be connect to the toilet.
-
The staff were friendly and helpful when called upon. This place is not a 5 star complex but it is reasonable, felt safe and quiet enough to give you a good nights rest. Close to Cracker Barrel and Ruby Tuesdays and super close to the main artery to downtown Cincy!

Bathroom was really dirty.

One of the worst stays at hotel I've ever had. Not clean and everything was broke.

Room was okay, stayed for 4 days no housekeeping was done to my room. I had to go to the front desk to exchange towels and was given an attitude by staff.. pictures are not what the facilities actually look like.

I liked the breakfast in the morning but the sign saying you can't take your food to your room was crazy when the whole seating area was full. What they want you to do, stand to eat?! We didn't like that we checked in for 4 (2 adults and 2 children) and they ONLY gave us 2 washcloths and when we asked for 2 more he said we had to give him 2 towels to get 2 and that he put 4 in the room when HE DIDN'T! We went to Walmart and bought a pack of washcloths. Unacceptable. A hotel is supposed to supply you with towels and washcloths. Bare minimum

Outside could have been cleaner in the back It was outdated. We were in a non smoking room and the room smelled like pot as we walked in. The white male staff was rude. He made a nasty comment about my dog. That I paid $20 a day for. Then while taking my bags out I accidentally hit the door and it stayed open. The same guy talked to me in a nasty to keep the door shut when my car was right next to the door and I was going back out.

This hotel needs to be updated in a bad way. The gentleman at the desk when we checked in was very nice and welcoming. For the hotel to be with the Wydham name you would think it would be better. The outside of the hotel was not bad but once entering the lobby you could immediately tell that it needed updated. We were just staying one night after a long day at Kings Island and leaving the next morning. If I had booked for a longer stay, I would have requested a refund after seeing the room. As for the room, walking in you can immediately see that it needed updated. I checked the beds first thing. The sheets were clean and there was a mattress cover that zips, a plus. No signs of bugs! As for the carpet, walls and bathroom that's a different story. We didn't have enough wash clothes, there was only 2. Normally there is at least 4 no matter what. They do not offer the body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the tub like most places do now. They only had a very small travel size Dove soap bar in a box and the body wash and shampoo was in a travel size small tube not enough for 4 people to wash with. The light fixtures were dirty, the edges of the mirror were broken, the tile trim was dirty build up, the tissue metal holder was rusted. For $250 this place was pitiful and the owner should be ashamed to even charge this price. If Wyndham cares they would not want to be affiliated with this hotel at all because its bad on their name. I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE.

The room was clean but our toilet was broken had to go to service desk for a plunger staff act as if they were clueless to solve the bathroom issues tub very slow drain stand water over our feet level while showering 2 refrigerators in the room one wasn't clean inside yucky stuff on shelf
-
I liked the location and the nearby amenities like the arcade and the gas station being nearby, and it was pretty comfortable. I didn’t like that the tub didn’t have a stopper so I could give my son a bath, and I was sad that the pool wasn’t open
-
Terrible, not clean at ALL

As we were checking in, there were people yelling in the hallways. When I asked the front desk associate what was happening she just pretended like she didn’t hear it. There was the same cars just circling the parking lot like they were prowling around. Smelled like cigarettes, everywhere. Breakfast was a joke. Charged WAY too much money for one night in an unsafe neighborhood . Would have left if we hadn’t already pre paid with no chance of refund. Very scary for a mom and young child.
