The hotel wasn’t clean at all paper and trash everywhere almost like the ghetto Never stayed there again. It ain’t worth the money.
-
This hotel felt dirty, the ceiling had mildew in the bathroom. The tub was stained, paint chips had come off the wall and were on the floor, bedding had holes in it and the hallway smelt like weed.
-
The check in was uneventful

They are letting house keeping going into customers room stealing belongings and they sleeping in their as well

We were initially assigned a non-smoking room that smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. To the staff’s credit, they were friendly and quickly moved us to another room. The second room didn’t smell, but it had red residue smeared on the walls and in the bathroom. Housekeeping cleaned it after we reported it, but it should have been caught before check-in. The biggest disappointment was the complimentary breakfast, one of the reasons we booked this hotel. The first morning, there was essentially no breakfast available, forcing us to buy food elsewhere. The second morning offered only a few bagels, mini muffins, and a single waffle maker, which created a long line for the only hot option. Again, we had to purchase breakfast elsewhere. The room was otherwise clean, the staff was courteous, and the location is convenient to the highway, restaurants, and shopping. There is some highway noise, but it wasn’t excessive. Despite the room issues and the advertised breakfast falling well short of expectations, no compensation or acknowledgment of the inconvenience was offered. Overall, the staff and location were positives, but the cleanliness concerns and poor breakfast experience made this a disappointing stay.

Breakfast was delicious and front desk staff was amazing!
-
Room was nice just need a better job of getting it cleaned up not a big deal

The hotel charged me for 3 rooms even after they told me they saw what happened the checkin person's name was wrong the states they would cancel the other reservation and did not when I called staff was rude. I will never book with this hotel again as the staff lied and charged me for 3 rooms when I only booked one

The internet worked very poorly!

I would highly recommend this hotel.

I’ll never stay or recommend anyone to this property

Everything was closed, The beds were made and that part appeared clean, but there was an old piece of pizza literally lying on the floor. We did not address this with the staff, as we struggled to find any hotel room in cincinnati for that night and this was the only one. It was overpriced to begin with, but certainly very disappointing and disgusting. Most of the amenities were closed, including the workout room and the pool as well.

My stay was nice over all

I was here for 5 days and the pool was only for a birthday party. It was closed down before and then right after the party again. I went down for breakfast and noticed everyone was waiting for food because there wasn’t any!

The hotel was very nice and our room was great but I think the staff was a little overwhelmed this weekend because the trash in the lobby and outside was overflowing and the breakfast was empty multiple times when i went down...but overall great stay and hotel

3rd hotel attempt in the area after the first 2 were absolutely horrid. This one was clean and nice and would definitely stay again.
-
It was really nice all though we had a suite and the air conditioner in the other room didn’t work.

Every time I went to the front desk the staff member was on their cell phone texting or playing a game. I had to address them after standing there for a long moment to get their attention. When I finally got their attention they seemed perturbed at having to set their phone aside and talk to me. I asked for someone to look at the tv in my room as it was not working, after 3 nights staying there it still remained inoperable. I was part of a group that had a car show there and had spent a great deal of money with them. While there several guest vehicles were broken into, the security cameras were not in operation and the front desk staff didn’t seem concerned that anything had happened. My group had form our own security patrol to ensure the safety of all the vehicles in the hotel’s parking lot. While many things with our stay were adequate, the lack of attention and concern by the management was severely lacking.

Just for breakfast they should put eggs an potatoes at the same time. Diabetics don't eat waffle, however a protein (egg) an starch (potatoes) an grits is filling especially if you don't eat meat or sasuage

And we were told that tne cleaning staff has left. This was very disappointing as this must be done on a daily basis. Also there is no more shampoo or body wash in the washroom, tbey put small containers... they have gone very cheep on their materials. The gym stinks of sweat. Please reconsider your booking before going back. June 28, 2026
