When we arrived tv was on and the remote didn’t work so we couldn’t turn it down or off or change channels. Called the front desk and no one answered so called again and it didn’t even ring. Light didn’t work … little things added up to disappointment!!

The room smoke detector was not working and the exhaust was so dirty. The bathroom did not have any lock. The coffee machine had dust accumulated. Not work for the money.

Bad

Beds were comfortable, air conditioning was cold, rooms were clean. Pool was decent as was breakfast. It was a nice stay. Nothing that I can think of

It was my first time staying with them and it will be the last. The bedding was very dirty, lipstick and oil stains all over it. Guests were fighting and screaming all night, and not once did I hear any of the staff ask them to stop. It was a horrible experience, and not worth the price.

The cleanliness was severely lacking in our room. The window, tile floor, nightstand, phone cord, desk, and headboard were all dirty. The remote was also missing for the TV and when we called the front desk, they were unable to do anything.

Guests are allowed to stand at the entrance to the hotel and smoke, including marijuana. It was a big turn off upon arrival. I suggest having a smoking section at the side or rear of the hotel. Outside areas of the hotel were not upkept-trash & weeds.

Because of how late it was, how exhausted we were from the drive, and the fact that we simply wanted to get our kids settled and get some sleep, we did not notice the visible dark mold on the ceiling and walls when we first entered the room. We went straight to bed and discovered it the following morning. When I brought the condition of the room to the staff’s attention that morning, their response was that if we had reported it immediately, they would have moved us. That response completely misses the point. We couldn’t report something we hadn’t noticed yet, and guests checking into a hotel at 4:00 AM should not be expected to conduct an inspection of the ceiling and walls for potential health hazards before putting their children to bed. More importantly, a hotel should not be assigning guests to a room with visible mold in the first place. We were eventually moved to another room, and the difference in air quality was substantial and immediately noticeable. That only made the condition of Room 711 even more concerning. What was equally disappointing was the way the situation was handled. There seemed to be very little concern about the fact that a family with two children had spent the night in a room with visible mold.

This was our worst hotel stay. First room we went into had crumbs everywhere and the window was wide open. When I tried to close it it wouldn’t close all the way or lock! Luckily we were able to switch rooms and the second room at least had a closed window. The place is in serious need of better maintenance. Lots of badly done repairs. Then had one bad experience after the other from there. Hair in the eggs. The pool closing very early. Half of the exercise equipment was out of order. What a mess!
