Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Cincinnati/Sharonville

Loved how big the room was ! So much space to put my daughter's pack n play up ! It was very nice

The room was very nice and everything in the room was very clean and fresh. I havr never seen a shower curtain so white. The only complaint I have is the room smelled a little musty. The staff was nice. The parking was good. I didn't get a chance to have breakfast. I was pleased with my overall experience and will stay here again.

Couldn’t get breakfast because the staff told us it was until 930 but it was actually until 9 and at nine. They really take everything.

This hotel is run down!!! I got checked in and I always RECLEAN everything, during that time I found out that my appliances didn't work, lights kept going on and off. Pool is dirty looking and had stuff floating around. There is definitely some illegal activity going on in there, strange people in and out (I'll just let that sink in) I will NEVER stay here again. Breakfast isn't good, the best thing I can say about my stay was that the bed was comfortable. Go elsewhere!!!

Solid place to crash for a night or two

Property was in disrepair. The shade for the pergola is tattered and falling apart. Several windows have holes in the screens and you can see window blinds missing from windows or falling down. There is no sign on the building. Male prostitutes are wandering around outside wearing nothing but lingerie and high heels. If you have children, keep them close. This is a bad area. Lobby smells like a full diaper. Towel bar in room is coming out of the wall. Dish cloth in the room was folded neatly but had obviously not been washed as it had some kind of sauce on it. Bathroom vent was full of dust. Sink appears to leak frequently as there is what looks like dried up puddles underneath the sink. The shower gets insanely hot, so turn it only half as far as you would think. Decor in room doesn't appear to be Wyndham's. It feels like the current owners maybe sold off the other furniture to make a quick buck and then replaced them with the current setup. The bed is incredibly uncomfortable. The pillows are miniature. The mattress was actually collapsed in the middle, like someone had exceeded the weight limit. The cooktop in the room was rusty and had food cooked on. The whole first floor smells terrible. Someone keeps the side door propped open with a rock, which is a security concern. I've stayed at other Wyndham properties and this is the complete opposite of what you should get. I wonder if Wyndham is aware of how they're being represented in Sharonville.

I found the room to be large and the kitchen in good order. Outside was dirty the breakfast could have been better.

Truly the only place I’ll stay when I’m in town on business . Great rates , safe parking , the rooms are spacious and clean . The staff is very accommodating.

The room was clean and large the staff was very accommodating. The furniture was a little older. Overall enjoyed my stay.

I paid 176.27 deposit when I booked the room and when I got to the hotel I was charged again for the whole stay. The manager called Expedia to ask why they charged me and why the hotel is charging me. This needs fixed and I need reimbursed from Expedia per the manager. Someone need to call me asap.

The room was very clean

The owners were very accommodating to my last minute stay & when I needed to extend they were very helpful. The rooms are very clean . I’ll definitely be back when I make my next business trip . 10 out 10 from me !

Room was in bad need of updating. Everything was old and chipped/scrapped/ stained. Bathroom toilet leaked on side, bathroom faucet leaked., tub drain was chipped and molded. Killed 3 roaches in bathroom. Would not stay at again or recommend this hotel.

From the moment I walked in the door the staff was super helpful . I extended my stay for business & they were able to accommodate on a last minute notice . The rooms were very spacious and clean . The air conditioner was top notch . I appreciate the hospitality I was showed . I’ll highly recommend and I’ll be back .

The breakfast wasn’t the best and the smell of the lobby

The room itself was ok. Could use some updates and a deep carpet clean. Housekeeping did clean, but found hair that wasn't mine on the clean towels hanging and there was hair in the shower/tub as well. Pillows were super lumpy that I ended up rolling up one of the extra blankets I brought with me and using that as a pillow. Overall, ok place to sleep, but I don't think I would stay again.
