Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Cincinnati/Sharonville

Second time staying here, I really enjoyed it. Parking was good. Room was clean and spacious. Walls are thick so you don’t hear a lot of noise.

Needed to ask for a coffee pot for the room. Brand new out of the box, leaked out all the water. Needed to ask for cooking utensils I got a spatula and a scraper and eating utensils, i got plastic ware. The cou ter in the kitchen above the dishwasher was always wet... no idea where that water came from. Room was outdated. Best thing the bed was comfortable. And the shower was hot . Breakfast was basic with no flavor. Overall not terrible but would nit be my furst pick again.

Hotel was conveniently located near my destination.

The room we stayed in was very roomy and very accommodating for our family! However, the room had not been vacuumed, the chairs in the dining room were stained and the dishes in the cabinets didn’t appear clean. The pool was also cloudy when we went down to swim. The front desk people were very nice. Could be an awesome hotel but it seemed like the minimum was being done.

Despite being non smoking and no pets the smell of the two is everywhere One slow elevator And maybe 30 Television channels

Not my first time staying there, it has gone downhill as far as cleaning and upkeep. Staff was not very helpful. No tv info, no clock or radio. Last time for me.

Well the last two times we stayed it was excellent. But this time they put us in a room with a full size bed and not a queen like I reserved. The lady at the desk was really nice and upgraded us to a king. Unfortunately when we went into the room it wasn't the cleanest like the last time.we went to bed and when I woke up there was a few bees flying around which I'm allergic so I had to gather my things and run out the room. They gave me half my money back for the room. But this time wasn't as good as the last few times I understand things happen.

A very nice property. Staff was incredibly helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Enjoyed our stay.

I like my room got everything

The room was great, the bed was super comfortable and it was a very spacious room. And quiet hotel as well.

Staff was very friendly on all shifts, nice continental breakfast, very comfortable bed

The hotel is run down. The walls are scuffed, the paint is chipped. Unlike every hotel I've stayed in for the past 10 years, there was no shower soap provided. Only a single bar of soap (necessary for the sink). It's in an isolated area with nothing to do nearby.

Good location; comfortable beds; good breakfast. All in all, value for money. Room did need some work - stained couch, noisy refrigerator, bathroom door would not shut fully. These concerns mentioned to desk - they said they would make note.

Very great customer service and accommodating!

The stay it self was cool. No issues. My problem occurred when me and my dude couldn't swim because it was 30 children in the pool. I work a lot and need to relax and swim some laps. I was unable to do what I booked the room to do

The room Could have been cleaner.

The suite was clean but appliances were old. Parking was sufficient but it smelled like marijuana in the hallways. Pictures don’t accurately describe property or rooms

Loved the size of the room and how friendly the staff was . Also pool was very clean and warm in the room

Never anyone at check in counter. Should be someone visible in the evening or a contact number.

The breakfast could be a little better
