Hotel was nice, clean rooms and lobby. Not to many restaurants nearby.

We enjoyed our stay, however, discouraged that we did not receive a complementary breakfast, from the selections of breakfast items that we on display in the buffet. I can understand paying for a customized breakfast plates. But the buffet selections were minimum. Thank you.

The lady that was preparing the Continental breakfast was SUPER nice and professional

Clean, nice lounge area, friendly staff. Unfortunately the pool was temporarily closed.

Nice hotel. Only complaint was our shower door would not stay closed when using the shower

Breakfast wasn't included it was 12.99 for the breakfast buffet. So if you want breakfast make sure it's included with the room or you'll be going to Bob Evans.

I had a family emergency come up. I tried to book the room for a month later. Nobody seemed like they didn't want to be bothered. Gave me the impression they were going to just take my money no matter what. I haven't heard back from anybody concerning this matter. I saw they did try to take my money. Not impressed with hotel.com. I'll never use them again.
