Nice hotel. Only complaint was our shower door would not stay closed when using the shower

Breakfast wasn't included it was 12.99 for the breakfast buffet. So if you want breakfast make sure it's included with the room or you'll be going to Bob Evans.

Staff was great and beds were clean!

Clean facility it starting to age could use a little updating.

I had a family emergency come up. I tried to book the room for a month later. Nobody seemed like they didn't want to be bothered. Gave me the impression they were going to just take my money no matter what. I haven't heard back from anybody concerning this matter. I saw they did try to take my money. Not impressed with hotel.com. I'll never use them again.

Despite the hotel amenities starting that a crib was available, there were none on site, but the hotel staff was quick to work with alternative solutions. In hindsight, we should have called to double check their listing was up to date. Nonetheless, it was a very pleasant stay and we would come back again.

Wonderful and friendly staff and clean room; however the yapping dog across the hall made for a frustrating morning. Everything else was great- thank you!!

Yes, breakfast was more than expected and more than usually experienced at comparable establishments. Chef and serving resource a nice touch.

Fitness Center needs to be opened earlier that 6am

I didn’t get any cause It wasn’t included in my rate..Little did I know that before I came here, or else I WOULDNT have come here!!! That the breakfast wasn’t included..and the website makes it sound like it IS!!!

It was a lovely place for a short, overnight stay. I would give it 4 stars overall if it weren't for the water quality. There is clearly a water softener to condition all of the water in the building. I understand this helps extend the life of everything the is laundered on site. However, for those of us not used to bathing in softened water, it is a huge annoyance to feel slimy after taking a shower.

Clean room, friendly front staff. Breakfast price is outrageous but McDonalds is right up the road.

A real bonus to have a restaurant onsite that we utilized for dinner when we arrived and then for breakfast the next morning. The food was fresh and very, very good. Excellent price for the room. The staff at the front desk and the person working the in the restaurant were top notch. The location is somewhat difficult to get to. You can see if from the interstate but tricky to get to the actual site.
