The breakfast was good cause I love bagels and they had those every morning with cream cheese ☺️ The pool area could have been cleaner and more towels as needed

Exceptional

We’ve stayed here several times while traveling. It’s the halfway point. We were very disappointed with our stay this time. We had to wait quite awhile for someone to show up at the front desk to check us in. Once she came, she apologized and was very friendly. Next, our room door was propped open with the deadbolt in the locked position. I wonder now if our room wasn’t finished being cleaned? The beds were made and it had fresh towels, so we didn’t say anything. We found a bottle cap on the floor in between the bed & nightstand and a C-Pap mask under the desk! Not sure how these were missed. Don’t they vacuum anymore? At breakfast there wasn’t any cooked oatmeal. Only instant. We always looked forward to having something besides the usual “fast food” options. We checked out and went to Cracker Barrel instead. We won’t be staying here again.

Stayed 4 days and had a wonderful stay. Any issues were quickly resolved (broken soap bottle in the shower).

The carpet in the room was stained pretty bad and the bathroom floor was dirty. We were there for 3 nights. On the second day, I asked the guy at the front desk if he could have someone bring clean towels and change the trash. He said he would make sure that it got done. It did not but the young lady there that night gave me plenty of towels and washcloths. They advertise a breakfast buffet but was only items to make an egg sandwich or breakfast bowl and had oatmeal cereal and muffins. On a good note, I had 2 separate reservations because I added a night and the lady that checked me in fixed it where I could keep the same room the entire stay.

The noise throughout the was not good. Kids were running on the 2nd and 3rd floor, There were a few times I went to the front desk and waited over 20 minutes for the person to return to the front desk for assistance.

This is just a great place. Easy interstate access, clean, friendly staff, nice rooms, I stay here every time I’m passing through.

Entire hotel very clean. Pool was heated so not freezing. Soft beds and great showers!

We were disappointed this stay- we’ve been there several times before and had positive feedback- but this time was different. There was no soap in the shower, the hairdryer was in terrible condition-unusable- the tv color was purple. Things weren’t as clean and up to par as it usually is. No cookies on arrival or bottles of water like previous times for us IHG members.. the front desk staff that checked us in was very attentive and pleasant.

It was relatively clean, even though there were what I believe were prostitutes in the lobby. It was extremely noisy with the highway traffic. I asked for a quiet room after we have just driven 10 hours. The next morning when I suggested improvements could have been made to our stay, I was completely ignored.

We checked in real late at night. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were very clean and smelled fresh. Nice breakfast.

Chris was awesome, but the hotel was FULL of black mold. There was evidence of it in the lobby and hall ways, the first room we were put in, 219, was FULL of mold. It was all over the ceiling in the sleeping area, on the bedding, on the skirting of the boxsprings, all over in the bathroom, the air conditioner vents, intake, and filters were all covered in mold. The filters were filthy. It was the worst hotel room i have ever seem as far as mild was concerned, absolutely unacceptable. My sister and her daughter both have ling diseases and this was a situation that could have put them in an emergency room that very night has we even attempted to stay. Chris then moved us to room 209, it was better, but still had mold starting to grow on the ceiling of the sleeping area and in the bathroom. Given that it was after midnight and we were exhausted, our options were limited on where to stay. We opted to hope for the best, all waking up with sore throats and sinus issues. Only Chris

It all was very clean and staff was very nice... however, the room we stayed in was not very insulated. We heard the traffic most the night, like the highway was right outside our window, and the people in the room over us, either had a child or small pony running back and forth, rattling our ceiling. So wasn't, what I would call, a peaceful night's stay :/

Always my favorite place to stay. Always clean and fresh smelling. Breakfast needs a little work, but hey’ it’s free and rooms are a favorable rate.
