The lobby store lacked variety.

My room was good, but my sister, well I’ll let her answer for herself. And, we got there after 3 and the room wasn’t ready for checking; told to wait about 30 minutes. Th poor desk person was multi-tasking for 2 different people. Lots of rooms were still needing to be cleaned on my floor because the doors were opened. People were coming in very upset that had traveled mostly all day as we had and the rooms weren’t ready. Where was the manager?the desk clerk was catching all the heat when a manager, who gets paid to be one, really should have been on the ground!!!!Getting rooms ready in time was a disaster for incoming people.

Everything was in order. The front desk staff was very kind during my stay. The King size bed was my only problem. The mattress was not comfortable. It was too hard. It had no give at all. I’ve been there a couple of times and don’t remember the matresses being so uncomfortable.

My room was clean, pool was perfect temperature, and the staff were wonderful.

Staff was accommodating and we were allowed to check in early while traveling. Liked the fact that they had any and everything you might need if you left something behind.

From check in, to check out our experience was great. Even when I checked out the lady at the front desk knew my name without me having to tell her.

Property was clean and staff very helpful and friendly. My only complaint is patch job on bathroom wall next to towel rod is in need of paint.

Everything was very smooth from checking in to the needs met. However at one point it took a front desk personnel awhile to attend the desk when myself and another guest were in need, no one answered or was available for quite sometime. Breakfast was great however the waffle maker should include a timer as waffles are burnt and not coming exactly out the way it should. Most hotels have this. Please upgrade. As a couple of guests felt the same.

I had a room with 2 beds. Hotel was clean, staff was pleasant, quiet. Breakfast was good, but the did not have some items like yogurt and syrup. I will stay here again when I am back in that area.

Do not stay multiple nights, they do not do any housekeeping even after asking. Ran out of towels first night and always had to ask the front desk every day. Told us to dump the dirty towels in the hall. Full trash cans, had to ask the front desk for new bags and take care of our full trash bags. Shower had mold and there is no bath fan. Probably wouldn’t be a big deal if you only stayed one night. Breakfast was decent but they ran out of a lot of stuff early.

Clean, quiet rooms. Good breakfast and friendly staff.

The hotel was nice the room was clean so was the property staff was friendly and the breakfast was good also over I would stay there again

Only inconvenience was no usb connection in the room. Easy fix, get lamps with usb connection

We don't normally stay at Best Westerns but this one had the best deal and the Standard Room was great. Super clean. Plenty of towels. Thank you. We will be back.

The hotel is nice upon arrival. The check in was easy and smooth. The hotel is under renovation currently so some parts are closed. The water in the bathroom had air and dirt n the pipes due to construction. We let it run a few minutes and it cleared up. House keeping dropped the ball on refilling the soaps. Had to ask front desk for more soaps. Hair dryer was not in the bathroom but in the clothes closet. The sleeping was good and the hotel was quiet. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was OK. Very crowded and the food kept running out. The attendant was busy refilling as needed. Over all a good stay for one night as we were passing through town.
