Best Western Plus Atrium Inn & Suites

Large room. Very clean. Very quiet. Breakfast was good. Eggs, sausage, potatoes, cappuccino machine. Many restaurants close by. No one has never said this before probably , but the toilets are very low, like a grade school's bathroom. If you have mobility problems, maybe ask for a handicap room.

Loved the location. Breakfast was pretty good. The pool could of been cleaner.

Breakfast was very lackluster. Only small amounts put out. Attendants did refresh items often. No tea or hot water for it. You could have made tea in room

Comfortable, clean, good location - fitness center was good and i used it both evenings I was there. I was remiss in getting the name of the trim young lady who always seemed to be there taking care of whatever needed to be done and making sure the guests were taken care of. I assume she was possibly the manager, but I’m not sure. Whatever her position is, she is definitely an asset to the hotel. Thank you for making my stay a good one.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is in a great location near restaurants. The staff were wonderful.

If you enjoy a really great breakfast buffet, this is your hotel. The gentleman running it has been there for each of our visits over the past few years and does an outstanding job preparing each breakfast (with real eggs) and super service. The hotel’s rooms are very nice and the building is set well back from the road so noise at all. Super nice place and 10/10 because of the breakfast buffet service.

The staff were helpful. Our son loved the eggs at the complimentary breakfast area for guests! The room could use a little extra cleaning in the bathroom before we had arrived but other than that we were happy with our stay!

We were told and read we could change the room and cancel with our insurance. They kept the 100% of the room cost?

there was no one working the desk...they had to call someone to come from somewhere..we had to wait a while for someone to come and check us in......there was a man already waiting when we got there.....

Everything was fine.

The rooms were extremely clean, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. We were totally satisfied with this hotel and look forward to returning soon.

The front desk person was really nice and helpful at check-in.

You will appreciate the staff more than anything. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are the same plus spacious. We will definitely stay again. Oh, and the breakfast was delicious!
