First, I want to recognize the overnight staff member. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. We booked a suite because we are a family of five. When we arrived, there was a very loud fan running in the hallway directly outside our room. I asked about it, and the overnight employee explained it was due to storm damage. Since the suite floor only has suites and ours was the last one available, I understood the situation and chose to make the best of it. Unfortunately, the bigger issue came when we went to make up the fold-out couch for one of our children. The mattress and bed bug cover had what appeared to be blood or dirt stains on them. Because of the condition of the bedding, we couldn’t use the third bed at all. When I mentioned this to the front desk at checkout the next morning, the employee apologized, which I appreciated. However, I was disappointed that a manager didn’t step in to address the issue or offer any resolution. I paid $174 for a suite specifically because we needed three sleeping spaces, and we were unable to use one of the beds. Overall, I’m very disappointed with the experience. While the staff I interacted with were courteous, the condition of the room and the lack of management response did not match the price we paid.

Decent hotel for the one night we stayed.

Just a one night stay while travelling through, but my second time staying here. Clean rooms, easy check-in, polite staff, and it was quiet. They have a breakfast available but my schedule had me leaving just as it was being set out. Nice play to stay.

A lot of hair on the shower wall. The blow dryer broke when first started and then it almost caught fire. We tried to get a new one but the lady at the front desk didn’t know where to get one. The room was dirty looking in spots.

We loved the property. My senior mother has low vision but was able to find her way around the hotel as things were intuitive. Whomever built the hotel did a good job. Everything was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Service was amazing. Location terrific. Only issue we had was our key didn't work out second night but an easy fix. I would recommend that the desk agent NOT vocalize our room number at checkin. It's still a dangerous world out there.

Our first room smelled & Refrig had food in it. The 2nd room was very clean. Our 1st nite children above us jumping up & down & screaming. Sat the music from a birthday party shook the floors & mirrors. Extremely loud. Not nice at all.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was easy access to the property and close to shopping areas.

The rooms are always clean. The staff is amazing!!

Need more staff. Grace was running the whole show by herself - she was there when I checked in & when I checked out. She needed back up to do her job. Breakfast was okay, could be better. Never saw any other staff except cleaning crew.

Property showed general wear and tear, but overall everything was in good condition.

The lobby store lacked variety.

My room was good, but my sister, well I’ll let her answer for herself. And, we got there after 3 and the room wasn’t ready for checking; told to wait about 30 minutes. Th poor desk person was multi-tasking for 2 different people. Lots of rooms were still needing to be cleaned on my floor because the doors were opened. People were coming in very upset that had traveled mostly all day as we had and the rooms weren’t ready. Where was the manager?the desk clerk was catching all the heat when a manager, who gets paid to be one, really should have been on the ground!!!!Getting rooms ready in time was a disaster for incoming people.

Everything was in order. The front desk staff was very kind during my stay. The King size bed was my only problem. The mattress was not comfortable. It was too hard. It had no give at all. I’ve been there a couple of times and don’t remember the matresses being so uncomfortable.

My room was clean, pool was perfect temperature, and the staff were wonderful.
