Overall the hotel is nice but in the midst of renovations customers should be made aware that there’s no pool or gym access.. I honestly would have booked somewhere else.. For $258 no complementary breakfast, no gym or no pool??
-
Hotel wasnt bad but they were renovating the building so some amenities were not available at the time plus i had issues with tv and internet connection because of the renovations. Besides that, my stay was good although the price could've been cheaper with the issues and renovating going on.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. That a major renovation going on at the hotel. Due to this cleaning of the rooms were only every other day. This was not posted anywhere. Due to this change, the price was unaffected. I will be choosing another property next time.

Not much Pillows are horrible. I made reservations for us and another couple. Upon check in we both provided our credit cards but the lady had a very difficult time with this and ended up charging both rooms to my card and then blamed it on us. Breakfast was not good, especially for the money. Waitress would not supply a larger glass for milk or juice without "charging more for it". So 15 trips to the buffet with small glasses to get enough to drink. Ridiculous

Stayed three nights and received no points!!! Sorry way to do business After spending what I spent for three nights least I could have would be points !!! And to top it off … used none of the $50 incidental addition to my bill… charged anyway!!!! Crooked

The location was great and rooms were clean , everything up to date . A little frustrating to get wifi

We thought it had a continental breakfast and it doesn’t. The pool was under construction and no one told us that the pool was under construction or that you had to pay for your breakfast.

I called the day before my arrival to request early check in and the lady told me everything she couldn't do. I had to call the 1 800 number to speak with someone in reservation that helped me with the early check in and notated the reservation account. After speaking with the representative, we found that I have a Hilton Members account. However the supposedly manager did not discover that because she was too busy being rude, since she thought I was a basic customer that booked online.

The location was good. The grounds were a mess. I have a dog (that I had to pay 75.00 for)and we walked outside and it was a mess.

I did not expect to pay for breakfast, nice touch to be catered. The facility was nice. Was expecting the room to be be cleaned, but when she staff told that they clean every other day, it was ok since she brought up fresh washcloths and towels and emptyed the cans.

I put insurance on a room. Double Room king bed with hot tub. They gave up my room and ended up in a handicapped room with no tub. Construction everywhere. This was supposed to be romantic for my husband and I. It was completely ruined. Bed was hard. Stain carpets. They wanted to charge for anything extra. Normally it's free.

Also I was always told to travel with cash! So I only had cash! The front desk when checking in wanted my debit card to hold for 50.00! I had no 50.00 on my debit card to hold! I offer cash! Customer service desk told me I had to leave! My sister and I had our reservation paid through Expedia so no refund! Luckily my sister had 50.00 dollars on her debit card to hold! So Thank the good Lord we stayed! Also to use their kurieg to make coffee! They had coffee in the room but to make coffee you need water! There was water in the room it said free in big letters if you wasn’t a awards member it would cost 2.00 a bottle in tiny print Thank the good Lord he lead me to bring our own water! Also a bug in the room!
