Everhome Suites Clarksville Ft. Campbell Area by Choice Hotels

Brand new property, we were very late arriving and got checked in promptly with zero hassle. Room was clean spacious and well appointed. We didn't use the kitchen at all as we were just stopping through but it was very clean and looked ready for action. We were put at very end of hall and the entire hotel was very quiet. Would definitely stay here again. The only down side I found was there is no ice machine available. We always have a cooler. When I inquired the nice lady at the front desk pointed out there are ice makers in the fridges in room.

Tiffany at the front desk went over and beyond to meet our needs. The bedding was soft and luxurious! Most comfortable bed I have ever slept in at a Hotel!

Clean and staff were remarkable. This is our second stay, . I highly recommend.

Nice place for a long stay

The place was immaculate and the staff very friendly and supportive when needed. This will be our hotel of choice when staying in the Clarksville area!

It took 15 minutes to check in, at first because I had to wait for someone to arrive, then because of computer issues. The room was clean, but there is a lot of interstate noise which makes it hard to relax. There is an ice maker in the room, but it produced very few ice cubes. Electricity went out twice during our stay, but we were not offered an apology, only a lame excuse. We couldn't open the electric window shade because it needed repair. Overall a poor experience, and we won't go there again.

New, clean. I liked it , so I have nothing negative to say

The room was spacious and had a full sized refrigerator, sink, dish washer, microwave and even a small hot plate. The beds were the softest I think I ever had at a hotel. The door handle to the bathroom fell off within the first 10 minutes we were in the room. There was still hair in the bath tub, the electric shades didn't work luckily they were in the down position. There is only one elevator for the whole building.

The motion sensor lights especially in the bathroom. Took me a minute to figure out the blinds. They're motorized with a bunch of different buttons with no idea what most of them are for. Should be labeled

Great location in relation to where we needed to be and go. Our room was dirty. The floors were not swept or mopped after last visitor. Our feet stuck to the floors when we walked—I had to go to the store and purchase house shoes. Requested our floor to get swept and mopped, was told they didn’t have the time to do it with all the other bookings they had to prepare for (so how was mine missed??) The lady at the front did hand me cleaning supplies, which is crazy to me because I’m pretty sure there’s a cleaning fee?! The toilet paper roll was almost completely gone; no replacement was left for when it was used up. Old food was dried up on surfaces and under table. The couch smelled and was COVERED in dog hair, when reported to ensure we didn’t get fined because we didn’t have a dog, we were told pets only stayed on the first floor so they didn’t know how or why our couch was dirty. It was super obviously that perhaps the only cleaning done in our room was a fresh set of sheets. Which I’m not confident about, I’m just hopeful. No complimentary efforts/refunds were made for our inconvenience in having to stay in a dirty room, only empty apologies.

Great place overall, everything was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great value for the money compared to other places. Would stay here again for sure.
