From reception in arrival to our 2-day stay and finally to hotel checkout a 5-star experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, the reception area was well organized and clean, the gym had great selection of workout machines, and the social patio was very nice. The room was extremely clean and furnished to take advantage of space. The king-size bed was incredibly comfortable! We brought two small dogs and there was excellent green areas for walks. Overall, we will absolutely stay here again! Five stars!!

Our room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The amenities were definitely a plus, especially for an extended stay. Having a full-size refrigerator, microwave, and small stovetop made the room feel more convenient and home-like. The hotel is also pet-friendly. Although there were dogs staying at the property, they were well-behaved and quiet—you honestly wouldn’t have known they were there. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and appreciated the cleanliness, friendly service, and convenient amenities.

Clean and new. Love the hotel. Only drawbacks were hearing upstairs footsteps at wee hours. Linoleum floors are not great for upstairs sounds. Also the bed is so high it is difficult to get into. Why so high???

Great location especially if your traveling with pets, lots of places to walk. Very quiet and peaceful for being so close to everything and the interstate.

Very clean and quiet! It was easy to get to and the people at the front desk were very kind. Nothing. I was only there for one night so didn’t experience anything beyond my room which was great.

It was a wonderful stay. I walked away feeling very refreshed and staff was very helpful, friendly and welcoming. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable.

Top-notch hotel and room accommodations. Beds were extremely comfortable. Christina who checked us in made us feel quite welcome. Definitely worth the stay when in Clarksville!

The location is excellent as it is just a short drive to a lot of restaurants, grocery stores, retail stores, Highway 24, and close to basically anything you would need during your stay. The outdoor patio area is a definite plus as it offers a well lit and comfortable space to go sit outside rather than being confined to your room when you have downtime. The rooms are clean, nicely decorated, and spacious with plenty of closet space and shelving to hold your belongings. The bathrooms are larger than those that you find at most hotels. The kitchen areas are nicely stocked with basic items that you would need to prepare and serve meals with. The refrigerators are full-size and have ice makers, which is always a bonus. There is a two burner stove and a dishwasher as well. The beds are super comfortable. The staff were nice and accommodating, and were quick to help me out with a few things that I needed. This was my second stay at this hotel. I liked it so much my first time (May of this year) that I couldn’t say enough about it in my review. However, I was quite disappointed by the lack of maintenance on the building over three months. Whatever it is they used to cover the ground in the main patio area is crumbling apart. The door on the far right hand side of the building is missing a door knob. I had outdoor bugs crawling on the floor of my room. My coffee maker did not work and the staff were helpful in getting it replaced (they did not have any new ones in stock), although the second one did not work either. The third one worked! I made the staff aware that the faucet in my bathroom sink was not sitting directly over the hole cut in for it and every time I had to turn the water on and off, the faucet wobbled. I was also not getting any hot water when I turned it to the hot water position. Maintenance never fixed the faucet centering issue during my 3 night stay, and I discovered that the hot water came out when I had the handle turned to the cold water position. I believe the staff did their best to get the faucet situation taken care of and they checked with me to see if it was taken care of, but it wasn’t, and that is concerning. Maybe it is a maintenance staffing issue, but I will not be staying at this hotel again.

It was a great place to stay based on the cost. It was clean and the staff was very nice.

Location was nicely located off the interstate and easy to find. Near places to eat, get gas, and not far from town There wasn't a breakfest option, but there was free coffee. The second bed we had wasn't as comfortable as the first, but still good.
