Room wasn't in the best conditions. We didn't have enough towels. Then they went in to take the dirty ones and left us clean ones which we appreciated but they left us with even less towels. We kept getting locked out of our room and having to go to the desk to have the key reprogram. It wasn't the cleanest earlier. The shower wasn't clean either. However they lady at the front desk was great! Super friendly and helpful!

Hola!!La propiedad luce horrible,al llegar me asignaron mi habitación, cuando entre a la habitación estaba el piso muy sucio como que no se había limpiado,insectos muertos por todas partes incluso encima del lavamanos,soy alérgica y sufri una crisis de alergia horrible debido al polvo,sabanas que al parecer no se habían lavado, este hotel está como para que no funcione, me sentí que robaron mi dinero, pague por un servicio que recibi, pido un poquito más de respeto y consideración por los clientes,gracias!!

Room was clean, a/c was fine , noticed a lot of maintenance items need attention, toilet seat was extremely loose, lobby lights were full of dead bugs, doors needed cleaning and paint. The pool fence is in serious disrepair, pool furniture needs attention as do the umbrellas, The staff was friendly and helpful.

Front desk staff were nice, doesn’t make up for the broken shower door, rusted fridge, the half inch gap under the door to walk into the room, and mostly the ROACH infestation in the property. Bed was comfy, but the couches, had roaches crawling out of the creases.. never spending my money there again, but again I liked the staff!

The hotel is clean.. The staff is amazing. Chanel at the front desk truly loves serving the guest to make their experience the best it can be.

I did love the pool area and that the pool went to 8 feet deep. I normally stay at the Clarion across the street but decided to try this place out. The management made it to where I couldn't fully enjoy my trip.

The room was nothing like pictured in the advertisement. I had to check out early bc my husband was very sick (not related to hotel) when I told the desk he was very sick and asked if I could bring him breakfast I was told no that no food was allowed in the room and I couldn’t bring any food upstairs

We stayed two nights and our room was never cleaned. They only provided 1 face cloth, 1 hand towel, and 2 body towels that were so small they were practically the size of hand towels. The towels themselves felt like sandpaper and were very uncomfortable to use. There was only 1 roll of toilet paper in the room. We asked for more toilet paper and it was never brought to us, forcing us to use towels instead. The stairways and common areas were also extremely dirty and clearly not maintained. The entire property felt neglected, unsanitary, and poorly managed. No matter how much you pay for a room, guests should still be treated with respect and provided with basic cleanliness and customer service. I truly hope people read this review and think twice before staying here. I would never stay at this motel again. I did not use the do not disturb sign couldn’t even find one like having a blow dryer hook with no blow dryer. I can’t ? Then this what they had to say…. Staff was friendly and helpful. The stairs to the rooms are outside of the building, I felt unsafe.

They provided only two towels, one washcloth, one floor towel. On the second day when our room was cleaned, the towels were all removed and not replaced. We called the desk to get new towels brought up. Housekeeping took inventory and provided exactly 2 towels, 1 washcloth and one floor mat. Why wouldn't they just stock 4 towels and 4 washcloths like most other hotels? The king bed is in need of replacement. Normally I'd accept that maybe they should rotate the bed to even out the wear, but this one was beyond saving. The dips are prominent, and although they help with sitting on the bed, they are horrible if you prefer sleeping on your side or stomach. It is overall still soft, but those dips are pretty bad. Finally, they could use a good maintenance person, as the shower was lacking caulking and had visible gaps where water would seep into the walls. The shower door screams at you when you open it. Needs proper fitment and maintenance. Other minor cosmetic issues around the room due to shoddy workmanship when installing the updated floor tiles and cord hiders.
