The staff was Soo cordial & professional. Everyone would take the time to help u w/ something from the front desk to housekeepers to maintenance. I thought i left a thermos bottle by the pool the Day Before & front desk, Linda & maintence, Mark Rushed to help me! Brooke at front desk along with others Always helped! If it was helping w/ the Really Cool Advanced Vending machine or getting change, The front desk was there for u & u could Always get free Fresh COLD Lemon & Lime Water &/or Freshly made coffee! Todd & other Staff helping w/ breakfast questions & making sure Everything was Stocked fm the jellies for ur toast, bagel or English muffin (which u can make breakfast sandwiches!) Bacon, ham or sausage or the Fresh biscuits for the biscuits & sausage gravy & hard or scrambled eggs. Don’t forget about the delicious coffee with ur favorite creamers & DIY Fresh Belgian Waffles! It was a Very Nice spread with typical Free breakfast items but presented Very Well in a Nice dining room with a TV & available from 6:30-10 I could go on & on about this place, The Beautiful 8 1/2 ft pool surrounded by Wonderful landscape including at least 4 different types of palm trees & a Large Hot tub (& I’ve traveled to 23 countries) there was Always staff sweeping in areas (that didn’t need to be swept!) or people washing the sidewalks, or Replacing landscaping, just to bring in New Fresh plants, the facilities were Very Clean and roomy & we were Always helped with a smile! Definitely recommend

The front desk staff (Henry) was very welcoming and friendly. He greeted us and gave my kids some cookies which they loved! The hotel facility is very cute, sitting at the balcony looking at the water fountain was just what i needed for a relaxing the end of the day. Breakfast was simple but complete. I had scrambled eggs, waffles with banana and syrup. My children had yogurt with cereal which we really enjoyed. Eggs were really fresh when I got them and it tasted great! The room was a bit outdated but this was not an issue. It was still clean and comfortable.

Very clean room and facilities. Pool was nice and warm. Breakfast was great. Staff were great overall great budget. Close to Clearwater Beach and Tampa. We would stay again.

Everything went ok, the staff (Linda in particular) has been really helpful and dedicated to customers. The room was good, the breakfast has everything.

The bed was way too hard. Wound up sleeping on the sofa. I thought that the desk could use another chair. The closet/sinkl/make-up/ bathroom entry way was way too small - creates quite a traffic jam with 2 people.
