Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Clearwater/Us 19 N by IHG

The breakfast was great. Only problem that I experienced was . I was charged a second time at the desk check in , when I already paid in full through booking .com . Took two days to get that cleared up with both parties and get refunded. Not a pleasant situation when our visit was for a funeral. It tied up funds that could have been used elsewhere. Explained above.

I do not do surveys

i found a cockroach in my room, the hotel was very gracious and apologectic and gave me a reduced rate on my stay

Helpful staff. Under construction but very well organized

Our room was on the 5th floor. Sink water pressure was very low, bathtub was very rusty.

Great breakfast and clean comfortable rooms

We stayed in room 335 we came back from where we were at and there was a big puddle on the floor the air conditioner ruined my charger for my smartwatch but the staff did move us into another room

We didnt use the pool but did wander down to it. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was all super friendly and nice. Our room was spotless! Comfy beds and a bathtub!

I loved everything about this hotel and had just walked out of another motel in the area (lost my $$ 500). This hotel is wonderful and I have to say even better than some of the other Holiday Inns I've stayed in. The staff was extremely supportive and friendly after the debacle I had just experienced. They saw to my every need. I cannot express how safe and relieved I felt after checking in here. If I have to come back, this is where I'll stay. Thank you. I am elderly and getting into this hotel is a little touchy due to the Clearwater traffic. Since I lived here for 38 years I was familiar with the area and could find the easiest way to get in and out. But the traffic is why we left Clearwater. However, for tourists and business people it is ideal.

Very good

spotless and well maintained

Unclean, water smells very bad. Mattress is too old. So uncomfortable to sleep on. Too noisy from the hwy. Badly bad,

Television wasn’t working and couldn’t be repaired

How clean the room was Too close to the street. Water wasn't free.

The Breakfast was very rewarding

Everything

Great location. Ease in checking in, complementary beverages in the lobby. Very accommodating. David at the front desk is amazing! Loved it

Bed was comfy, breakfast was good, room was clean staff was friendly. Bath tub needed updating, low water pressure in shower and bathroom sink. tub had several areas of what appeared to be rust showing through that had partially been painted over.

Good location, clean! Good breakfast. All around good for the price.

It was a decent hotel for the price. The breakfast was good and they had plenty of choices. The room was clean although a bit outdated.
