Palm Cove Motel

Close to where I needed to be and lots of restaurants nearby No one to talk to in person or to support you. The blinds fell and nobody came to fix and so ppl could see inside. The shower curtain was moldy and no shampoo/cond in dispenser thankfully I had my own.

Hotel not clean, needed to sign in to personal streaming services if you wanted to use TV. Other guests were permitted to be outside in front if the rooms smoking and drinking till 3AM.

The rooms were clean and quiet The remote on the TV was broken and no one was available to fix it

Comfortable, easy to enter rooms. There was parking in front of the rooms so we had to walk through the flower beds to get to our room.

No frills good and bad things Some items need attention

Easy check-in process with a virtual kiosk. Nicely renovated. TV/remote wasn’t working in the room. Not enough bathroom linens provided, and the towels that were provided were small. They were most likely the floor towels.

Location No pool

I didn’t have to talk to anybody upon checkin or checkout. It was a comfortable room The refrigerator didn’t work in my room. I also sent them a text with a question and didn’t receive a response. Also the neighbors were screaming and fighting and banging the walls at 6am!

Liked the modern style & enjoyed the game room. The snack basket left for us was a fun treat! Overall pretty clean! It was clean, but couldn't check in at 4 like listed. They were still cleaning at 4:30 and we had a car full from out of town waiting around.

I would've rated it excellent except for how disgusting the floor were. I don't think they've ever washed them! I forgot my slippers and, after walking 10 min with bare feet - my feet were literally black. This is the 2nd room that had such dirty floors.

Amazing little cozy spot. The room was small but perfect for one person! I was in the corner hideaway area and it was so private and peaceful! No pool

Good comfortable beds

Easy to find clean. Smart check in process was smooth Tv not working properly. And there was only one extra towel in the pick up spot

There were vending machines but they didnt work?!?

Cute little rooms and tiny apartments Not enough towels so had to run to the game room last minute but that wasn't an issue

Everything Nothing

The location AC was dripping inside the room constantly when running, Staff asked me to turn AC off until maintenance could come fix the problem the next day. Maintenance never came during the entire week stay and I had to lay down towels on the floor to absorb the water.. Also, the motel had guest that were smoking weed outside in the parking lot, and the smell was overwhelming.

Very good location if you have things to do in Clearwater or the entire area. It was easy to book. Very comfortable and clean. Location

Small place, good size room for us, quiet as well. Wasn’t really anything we didn’t like about it, except I think it needed more actual seating for relaxation.

Door code wouldn't work, but the property got back to me as soon as possible.
