Baymont by Wyndham Cleveland

It looks like they are actively renovating some units and hopefully it improves. The fridge in my room had a condensation problem, leaking a puddle of water on the floor. Bed sheets had some staining. Odd things like a clearly not operational syrup dispenser in the breakfast area, Best of luck to them, the place is OK for the price.... but also not good. It's cheap for a reason.

The desk was unattended and we had to wait to check in.

The room was clean. The property was a mess, tarps covering carpet. Mattresses out side of the rooms. Pool needs to be bulldozed. I had to get ice from the office. Super disgusting walk ways were stained same with the parking areas

There was bugs in and around the room, stains on the sheets covers. Service was helpful when the finally showed up, waited in the lobby for a 1hr one time and 30mins the other. Old mattresses on the cat walk this was not a clean place at all

They gave us a dirty room. It looked like someone had just been in it and it smelled. We got a clean one but I will never go back to a Baymont again.

The bathroom toilet needs to be replaced

One of the most concerning things was that the door to the room down from ours has been kicked in. The door frame was busted up and splintered, which made us question the safety and security of the property. The beds were just as disappointing. There were no bed skirts, leaving the stained box springs completely exposed. The smell in the rooms were horrible, air was off in the room and it was 100 degrees outside. The bedding and room was not clean, and the overall condition made it difficult to feel comfortable staying there. This hotel did not meet even basic expectations for cleanliness, maintenance, or guest safety. I went to the front desk explaining the situation and asked for a refund, he said because it was booked through Expedia he couldn't do that. We left and did not stay there. We went and found another room somewhere else. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, safe, and comfortable place to stay. Management needs to address the property’s cleanliness, repair the damaged rooms, and improve overall maintenance. I wished I had taken pictures now to upload them.

Breakfast food was limiter milk was expired by 4 days the yogurt was a month out of date

Ice machine inoperative. It appears they are going through a remodel. Towels had some dark stains in them. Sink cracked and lamp outlets did not work. Old place but I think they are getting ready to make it better. Still worth the price.

It was a bed and didnt have bed bugs The room was not cleaned. The bathroom smelled like urine, potato chips on the floor, dead roaches on the chairs

The next room was totally different. It was up to date and clean.

Nothing Very unclean pool was closed and used for staff only toilet broken faucet drips constantly lights where flickering no continental breakfast

painted and great plugs for electronics. There were not enough towel hooks in the bath, one handle on dresser was hanging down and outside was dirty and a bit trashy,( old furniture and repair objects everywhere). One young man was alone to run the place and didn’t make it up in time for breakfast nut I will give him an A for effort. The price was appropriate for what we experienced.

It was not as clean as I would have liked. The front had furniture on the second floor concourse, rowdy people lived in the back building and while I was trying to sleep, they were setting off fireworks.
