The rooms were clean and well maintained, the linens were soft and stain free and there was enough space and seating for everyone to comfortably converse! The location is primero if you want to do something in Cleveland your right there and your away from the highway while still have quick access back if you're looking to explore around! My only complaint is the breakfast, my memories of past stays compared to what I encountered this stay was discouraging however there is breakfast and it gets the job done.

Mattress was a little too soft [and maybe a bit lumpy] for us, but you may like it. Air conditioning was quiet.

When we arrived, there was no ice bucket try to turn the television on. It would not work turned it on on the set. The remote didn’t work. Tried to call the front desk and the phone didn’t work. I had to go downstairs three or four times with no answer had to call the phone number from my personal phone to get an ice bucket. No cups in the room no coffee in the room finally got laid down in bed at 2 AM after accommodate ourselves with all the missing after checking.

Nothing Nothing to make Waffles with and mo one around to help. My brother-in-law room was full of dog hair.

The pool was not clean. The lobby had toys and backpacks and papers newspapers all over the floor

Air conditioner in the room was very loud. Not much sleep.

This hotel is in a renovation phase. Not all rooms completed. Definitely a work in progress. Be patient!

It looks like they are actively renovating some units and hopefully it improves. The fridge in my room had a condensation problem, leaking a puddle of water on the floor. Bed sheets had some staining. Odd things like a clearly not operational syrup dispenser in the breakfast area, Best of luck to them, the place is OK for the price.... but also not good. It's cheap for a reason.

The desk was unattended and we had to wait to check in.

The room was clean. The property was a mess, tarps covering carpet. Mattresses out side of the rooms. Pool needs to be bulldozed. I had to get ice from the office. Super disgusting walk ways were stained same with the parking areas

There was bugs in and around the room, stains on the sheets covers. Service was helpful when the finally showed up, waited in the lobby for a 1hr one time and 30mins the other. Old mattresses on the cat walk this was not a clean place at all

They gave us a dirty room. It looked like someone had just been in it and it smelled. We got a clean one but I will never go back to a Baymont again.
