Holiday Inn Express Cleveland Northwest by IHG

As a frequent Holiday Inn Express customer, like in the past, this property meet all of our needs as desired - check-in, check-out, clean room, friendly staff, nice hot breakfast, good coffee, overall clean facility, convenient location for restaurants and close proximity to our reason for traveling.

The staff was wonderful. Kind and helpful. The room was clean (except there was a cricket in our bathroom, which I saw in the middle of the night.) The bed and pillows were very comfortable!

Our stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Cleveland, TN was a good overall experience. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made our visit enjoyable. The hotel was clean, but it is beginning to show its age and could benefit from some updates and renovations. The complimentary breakfast was adequate, though the selection was somewhat limited—especially for those needing gluten-free options. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would rate this hotel 3.5 out of 5 stars.

Coffee machine was an absolute joy. Front Desk staff was amazing at check in and check out. Will definitely revisit. Priced great also. 10 Stars in my book.

Everything was great except pool was closed and breakfast a little slow to replenish.

Staff was not welcoming ! Literally asked me for my drivers license and card for check in . No greeting or smile at all . Just took my card , charged it and told to sign . Not to mention I’m there with my daughter and the pool is closed . Apparently closed all week but no information relayed about that so my daughter was disappointed when we checked in .

Everything good except pool was down for maintenance. Girl had front desk was excellent

Great location. Comfortable accommodations for those who have allergy issues. The rooms are clean and generally pet free except for a few where care animals are allowed. Supportive, friendly staff. Some noise issues from the pipes but the problem was resolved after a few sleepless nights.

Excellent. Would highly recommend.

The only issue was the Breakfast. We came down a little after 8 and there was very little food available. There wasn’t even milk for the cereal, in fact the fridge that has yogurts and milk was empty.

Tub was difficult to step into. No outdoor smoking area.

This motel was very nice, friendly staff and clean rooms. The breakfast was awesome, very delicious and plenty of choices. Would definitely recommend staying here.

My overall favorite thing was having Dove as the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Great call!! Nope

Place , very clean, customer service was great , coffee was offered 24 hours . Very quiet place. Area had many places to eat , they even give you a10% coupon for the longhorn across the hotel. Great place overall.

Location

Very nice room. A bit pricey but perhaps that’s just the area. Suite did not have extra sink area like some similar properties. Would stay again.
