The breakfast buffet was good, but they were very short handed and could not keep up with the crowd. The juice machine was overflowing onto the ground, and the counters desperately needed wiped.

Great stay, very comfortable suite with all the ammenities. Breakfast was great, many options. Check-in and check-out was quick and very professional.

hotel was clean. pillows were like air which some may like but not me. couch was like a rock. front desk service was not good. at all. female clerk didn’t give us our wedding gift box. we found out we had one next day and had to go ask for it. when I checked in I was told we owed $40 even though it was prepaid thru Expedia. She called it a tax. Said 3rd party reservation companies are bad about not sending enough $$. I said I would look into it and check with her the next morning. Turns out this clerk works many many hrs at this property. I explained to her next morning that what she told me was incorrect. I asked how long she’s been working in hotels. She said 18 yrs. What the heck! How many Expedia customers who check into this hotel are asked for additional $$ or the “tax”? I spent 13 yrs working at hotels yrs ago and I’m a Hilton Honors member and former employee and I’ve never experienced anything like this before. Beware.

Variety of food and quality of food at breakfast. Plenty of spaces to sit in the lobby and dining area. Clean room and bathroom.

Super clean, spacious, great staff (desk and housekeeping), and actual plates, glasses, and silverware at breakfast instead of plastic!

Our friends checked in right before we did. They received a free 2 hour late checkout. When I asked for a one hour late checkout it was declined.

The property is brand new and beautiful. Our room was huge and had more than enough room for 6 of us, 2 adults and 4 children. All staff that we came in contact with were helpful, polite, and pleasant. The breakfast had the potential to be amazing but was unfortunately understocked with lots of items missing. This could have been because we arrived during the last half hour before breakfast ended. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others.
