All four pillows were dirty and a clean pillow case was put on them. They were replaced.

The location shares a parking lot with fast food restaurants. I didn’t love that. The hotel itself was really great. Phenomenal staff, very friendly! The breakfast was convenient.

Room was great. Kim the desk clerk was terrific. Thought the pet fee was a bit high for a small chihuahua.

Room was clean Beds were awful and creaky. A/C wouldn’t change temperature. Day shift Kim was not very helpful or friendly.

Kim at Front Desk was extremely helpful to us. She provided a shower chair for my wife's use in our room's bathroom. Additionally she gave us a 1 page list of all the restaurants nearby to the hotel and gave us a recommendation (Aubreys) of an excellent nearby restaurant which we visited. All in all a very enjoyable visit to Cleveland Tennessee.

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was friendly. The bed and pillows was awful and not comfortable at all. Could not rest for been uncomfortable. Made me not want to use this hotel again.

They bumped us from the desired and booked King to a pair of queens, good enough. Nice stay

Only thing bad about this property is the locals use the parking lot as a cut through to main road instead of going around. Which means they would dive about 60 miles an hour through the parking lot. Kids almost got ran over a few times. Need to put up some speed bumps or something. Someone is eventually going to get ran over

The staff made all the difference at this Hampton Inn. The night clerk was very congenial and bent over backwards to help all guest. The ladies that prepared the breakfast were extremely kind and helpful. The staff made the difference.
