The room was outstanding, smelled wonderful and was very, very clean. TV was easy to work. Loved that there was a desk, chair and bench. The free breakfast bar was great. Loved the pancake maker, full size and mini waffle makers. Toppings for pancakes and waffles was an excellent selection. Would have liked to have cholula sauce instead of the Texas hot sauce. We also liked the breakfast sandwich bar. The pool table was a bonus. Overall experience was exceptional.

The friendliness of the young lady who checked me in. She was being kept very busy but had time to be kind.

Very clean, great options for breakfast, free water, friendly check in and check out. Love the egg chairs on the lobby area. The air conditioner was pretty loud in the room.

The air conditioner didn’t work properly and made strange gurgling sounds all night. I informed the front desk at checkout and she offered a partial discount but since I prepaid for the room, Expedia would have to be contacted and I’ve heard absolutely nothing. Very poor service for a Hilton hotel. I used to work for Hilton and this would have been handled immediately at that location. Very disappointed.

It was very clean good customer service with some people @ the front desk I didn’t care for the same food u had every day for breakfast only one day u had bacon and the rest u kept having sausage.. my mom was on oxygen I didn’t fill it was a good place to have a handy cap room I kept asking and there was nothing and she had to be on second floor where it was hard for her to walk she should of been on first floor like I asked for a week coming there… so that was disappointing

The breakfast was the best we have ever seen in a hotal. We loved it!! Our room was great as well, and the lobby area of this hotel was beautiful!! We could not find anything we did not like.
