Great stay for families. Clean and friendly

They did not clean our room either day we were there, the breakfast was dried out, there was no coffee out, we had to ask for it to be made both mornings, there were no towels at the pool, when we asked for some the lady said I will bring you some right out, she never did, when we complained about the service at the desk during checkout the lady said please don’t start with me first thing this morning. For a new hotel they need better staff.

Not a fan of room decor. Pillows very uncomfortable. Most of all, no cups in room to brush teeth and take medicine. Clerk said you had to ask for cups.

Run of the mill hotel. What I didn't like was that they told me TWICE that I would receive a refund because of the screwup with Booking.com, but then never responded to Booking.com's request. I will not be using Booking.com again either! See above

Very conveniently located to shopping, restaurants & coffee.

Facility was moderately clean and maintained. Rooms lack general cleanliness. Staff was often seated at exterior seating smoking. Would have been a nice seating area but did not appreciate the staff constantly outdoors using the area to congregate to smoke. Outdoor grass areas were not well maintained and were cluttered with trash and debris.

Good location- clean room The main area was dirty. There were cups and trash that stayed out all weekend. Never saw a front desk person out and about , they stayed behind counter and behind a wall .

Good location, nice and clean.. Very nice breakfast. We had a serious problem with our room. We went down for breakfast came back to check out and we’re literally locked out of our room for over two hours. Something to do with the electronic locks. So that kind of put a small damper on our stay.
