Tru By Hilton Cleveland, TN

The air conditioner didn’t work properly and made strange gurgling sounds all night. I informed the front desk at checkout and she offered a partial discount but since I prepaid for the room, Expedia would have to be contacted and I’ve heard absolutely nothing. Very poor service for a Hilton hotel. I used to work for Hilton and this would have been handled immediately at that location. Very disappointed.

It was very clean good customer service with some people @ the front desk I didn’t care for the same food u had every day for breakfast only one day u had bacon and the rest u kept having sausage.. my mom was on oxygen I didn’t fill it was a good place to have a handy cap room I kept asking and there was nothing and she had to be on second floor where it was hard for her to walk she should of been on first floor like I asked for a week coming there… so that was disappointing

The shower was amazing.

The breakfast was the best we have ever seen in a hotal. We loved it!! Our room was great as well, and the lobby area of this hotel was beautiful!! We could not find anything we did not like.

Breakfast was good. The shower was great! Everything was clean. You have the worst pillows i have ever used. There was no way to block the light from the window. There's not enough insulation in the walls floors and ceilings , and I could hear everybody in every adjoining room. The building must have been built in five days.

The hotel decor was beautiful! More than I had expected and the staff was super friendly! The breakfast was superb, so much so I ate there both morning which I normally don’t do on trips! I saved this address in my Waves because I will be back! Thanks So Much♥️ The whole experience was great, no complaints here!

They did not clean our room either day we were there, the breakfast was dried out, there was no coffee out, we had to ask for it to be made both mornings, there were no towels at the pool, when we asked for some the lady said I will bring you some right out, she never did, when we complained about the service at the desk during checkout the lady said please don’t start with me first thing this morning. For a new hotel they need better staff.

Breakfast. Cleanliness No closets, empty our own trash and removed our dirty towels and received clean ones. TV and safe didn’t work. Reported.
